Dr. Hampton had recommended that we do something for our 1 year-ish anniversary. Since Jayson had a game on our actual anniversary, we decide to have thanksgiving alone this year. Deuce was with his Mom since Jayson would have him for Christmas. The only people really missing our presence was Brandy and Jake as well as my dad who insisted on me coming to visit.
"You packed those insulated socks I got you right?" I asked Jayson as he grabbed some water from the fridge. We were going to a ski resort up north for the weekend. Jayson wouldn't be skiing because he couldn't contractually but I would give it a try even though I'm scared. But, I thought it would be nice if we went somewhere we wouldn't normally.
"Yeah I got them. You going to be ready soon?" He asked. I nodded.
"Yes, let me just grab my boots" I said. As I was walking over to them, Jayson grabbed me and pulled me to him.
"What's up babe?" I asked.
"Your ass looking real fat in these" he said referring to my leggings as he ran his hand over my ass.
"Boy don't start, we gotta go!" I said.
"We can just stay here and celebrate our anniversary. The actual date already passed anyway" he said kissing on my neck. I closed my eyes shut trying not to get aroused.
"As fun as that sounds, we already paid for the trip so.." I said before kissing his lips and getting out his grasp.
"Let's go!"
He sucked his teeth but continued gathering his things. Soon we were both ready and out the door on our way to enjoy the next few days.

"It's fucking freezing here" Jayson said as we entered our suite. He immediately went to turn the heat up on the thermostat.
"It is, but it's so pretty here" I said looking out at the snow.
"What do you want to do first?" He asked as he walked over and wrapped his arms around me from behind.
"Eat and then chill for a few. We should go to that Snowy Cave thing the receptionist was talking about" I said.
"Cave?" He said pulling away from me.
"I don't think we need to be at a cave" he said.
"You always scared of something. We'll be fine" I said pinching his cheek.
"I ain't scared of shit" he said moving my hand away.
"Fine, then we'll go there later" I said with a smirk. He rolled his eyes and went to grab the resort menu book.
"What you want to eat?" He asked while plopping down on the couch.
"Hmmm, I'm craving some lobster" I said while sitting down on his lap.
