Millie Ortiz, the older sister of Letty and the boss of everything. She's the one who holds everything together, helped Dominic with the garage, creates plans for the oil stealing heists and she and Dominic are truly platonic whilst Letty and Dominic are together. Though some people may argue that it is Millie and Dom that are together with how close they are.
Later on, Dominic is on the run and Letty is found dead. Millie is raging angry, upset and just about mentally stable to go after whoever killed her little sister.

Whilst travelling she meets different people in the places she stays in. She meets two brothers, Aaron and Nate Jacobs and they help her lay low in their town. There she meets Maddy, Cassie and Fez going to parties and getting mixed up in the crowds.
She sleeps with the two brothers repeatedly, turning her life into a love triangle.
Later she is called for a job, in Rio. Leaving her life behind that she had made for herself with the boys in East Highland, she ups and leaves suddenly.
Until they hear her name on the news, for being wanted and potentially dangerous.
