Despite not having slept a wink all night, Selina didn't roll out of bed that morning until she heard enough noise echoing throughout the bunker to tell her that everyone else within the walls were awake.

And probably far less tired than she was, which was evident by her extremely bloodshot and sunken eyes, complete with the darkest circles imaginable beneath them. Ones quite unlike any she'd ever seen present on her face before and she wasn't exactly known for getting decent amounts of sleep.

It's not like she didn't try to catch a few hours, it's mainly that she couldn't. Her thoughts simply wouldn't settle long enough to allow her to. Between those of her time with Crowley and how strangely nice he'd been. To what he offered her, a chance to have the only father she ever knew back again.

It was enough to keep her mind racing all night long and to stop her from getting the sleep her body so desperately needed. But she knew she wouldn't be able to rest until she'd made up her mind, which left her no choice but to drag herself out of bed and start the day.

Drag being a literal term as it felt like a chore to carry herself towards the kitchen, her body incredibly heavy on her feet and her eyes even heavier as they dropped with each step she took. But once she reached the kitchen all that disappeared, clouded by a facade as the absolute last thing she needed was for her brothers to start worrying about her as that only ever ended with them smothering her to the point where she literally wanted to kill them.

But perhaps she was just a little too tired to play up the act like she normally would, as the first words out of her brother's mouth weren't exactly a welcome good morning.

"Whoa, you look like crap." Dean muttered as Selina shuffled into the kitchen, stifling a yawn as she fired a glare in his direction.

"Good morning to you too..." She mumbled, unamused as she trailed her tired eyes over the unusual addition to his outfit, a slight chuckle leaving her lips at the frilly apron he had tied around his waist. "Mrs Doubtfire."

Dean's cheeky grin dropped almost instantaneously, as did his head as he went back to cooking his mass amounts of bacon, pretending he didn't hear the faint, and not at all subtle, laughs coming from Sam and Kevin, who currently occupied the kitchen table.

Rather pleased with herself, Selina delved further into the room, beelining for the coffee pot and pouring herself a rather generous helping before she all but fell into the seat next to Kevin. She knew no amount of caffeine would ever help her feel less tired, but she knew she needed something to at least try otherwise she wouldn't last the day without collapsing. Again.

"Did you get any sleep last night?" Sam asked, concern riddling his voice and his eyes as his brows knitted together tightly above them.

"Not exactly." Selina replied, leaning her head against the tiles of the kitchen wall.

The coldness of them offered her a touch of relief as that first, barely lit, spark of a headache ignited deep within her skull, having her eyes squeeze shut as she could really do without this today. She let out a quiet sigh, the soft pats of footsteps causing her to reopen her eyes just in time to see Dean take a seat in front of her, his plate piled high with bacon.

"What? Was killing fifteen demons not enough to knock you out?" He said humorously, but with a hint of worry rattling around inside his deep voice.

Offering him a shrug in response as she didn't have a proper answer, Selina took a long sip of her coffee, feeling the warmth trickle down her throat in a way that she enjoyed. She was still a little cold, as she had been since the trials had messed her up, so any chance she could get to have some heat in her bones, she'd happily take.
