Ever since Keys and Millie were able to release the game they had always wanted to, their business had grown to the point of needing more room and more people.

'Listen up people! I know it's Friday and you probably all have plans, but I need someone to stay back a few hours.' Keys said as he walked out of his office.

I immediately stopped what I was doing to watch and listen to him.

'Don't ask Y/N, she might break a nail' Mouser sniggered

'Or get a run in her pantyhose' Someone else remarked

'Or get a hair out of place' A third person said

My face burned red as I looked down at my hands, everyone saw me as a goody two shoes, and I hated it, no one took me seriously.

'Guys, that's enough!' Keys said, drawing my attention back to him 'I need someone to do a quick bit of admin. Should only take an hour or so.'

'I'll do it.' I said, as I raised my arm meekly.

'Whoop, there it is!' Mouser said, acting like he'd been expecting me to volunteer sooner, he and the other guys laughed.

'Thank you, Y/N.' Keys, said flashing a smile at me before going back into his office.

I went back to what I was doing, trying my best to ignore what Mouser and the other assholes were saying.

5pm hit and the office quickly emptied, leaving me behind to do admin and Keys in his office. It took a couple of hours to finish, just as Keys had said. He'd left the door to his office open, and I could see just see him, hidden behind several monitors. I gathered my things and went to say goodbye before I left.

'The admin is all done, is there anything you need me to do before I go?'

'No, but thank you for staying behind Y/N, go and enjoy your Friday night. Got any plans? Or did I ruin them by asking you to stay?'

'It was no problem; I never have any plans. But I'm thinking of going to the bar for drink. Would you like to join me?' I asked, blushing slightly

'I'll be stuck here a bit longer, I'm afraid but depending on how late I finish, I may come later.' He said, flashing one of his winning smiles at me

'Okay well, I hope I'll see you later! Don't work too hard.' I grinned as I turned to leave

'Goodnight, Y/N'

'Goodnight Keys.'

I made my way to the lifts and waited for one to take me downstairs. I was still coming to grips with the fact I told Keys I was going to a bar and that I had invited him to join me. I hardly go to a bar, I don't even know what this one is called, but I'd heard some people talking in the office about it.

I noticed a few eyes on me when I entered the door, I clearly wasn't the usual type of woman they saw here, if in fact they saw women here at all, it didn't seem very female friendly. I was here to try and shed my goody-two-shoes persona that I seemed to have. Not that I could see anyone from work here.

I found an empty seat at the bar and sat down. The bartender quickly came over to take my order. I asked for a shot of tequila, not something I'd normally drink, but I thought it might help get me drunker quicker. I knocked the first one back, the liquor burning my throat as it went down. It tasted awful but I immediately asked for another one. I knocked that one back in a heartbeat and caught the bartender's eye to line up my third.

I was starting to feel the tequila take hold, after just three shots but I wanted more. Thinking back on it, I vaguely remember the people who sitting around me. I think they started buying me drinks too. I'm sure there were shots of vodka, as well as tequila and then there were mixed drinks of some sort too. I was getting drunk and fast.
