20. Cupcakes

Holding a bouquet of red roses, wearing a beautiful dress with a cute smile adorning the lips , there stood Jeon Jungkook in front of Taehyung's house as the elder sent him the address back in school.

(Just imagine this Jungkook with red roses)

Jungkook rang the bell waiting patiently for the other male to open the door for him, soon he heard the click sound resembling the door being opened, "Good evening Ta-..." Jungkook stood there with his mouth hung open because of the sight in front of him.
Taehyung opened the door and stood there like an angel sent from heaven,
he was like a piece of art that was made to take everyone's breath away. He looked ethereal in eyes of Jungkook.... his messy hair , puffy cheeks, pink strawberry lips , his pretty nose and that cute little mole on his nose, everything was just like an art for Jungkook.

(This Taehyung <3....)

He was admiring Taehyung for five straight minutes which was a little bit awkward for the elder as he was getting weird feelings in his stomach,
"Are you planning to stay outside the whole day Jeon?"
Jungkook came out of his trance of thoughts by Taehyung's angelic voice which was so satisfying to hear. He moved his gaze from his teacher to the flower in his hand and handed the beautiful bouquet to Taehyung, "I-I brought this for you, hope you like it "

Tae took the flowers in his hands as a hint of blush rose on his cheeks matching the colour of the flowers, he made way for the younger who trailed behind Taehyung like a lost puppy following his owner, "You don't have to get me flowers all the time we meet Jeon. But it's beautiful , thank you for giving me this beautiful bouquet."
Tae signalled the younger to sit on the sofa that was placed in the middle of the living room as he placed the roses on one of the vases.
Jungkook sat on the soft couch as a shy smile crept on his lips making him look adorable, "I just wanted to give you these roses because they look beautiful just like you ". He whispered the last two syllables not to get caught by the other male now sitting in front of him but was unaware by the fact that Taehyung had already heard what Jungkook said and couldn't stop blushing at all, he started coughing out of blue like a crazy person making him go all red like a beetroot.
Jungkook went near Taehyung and started patting his back in order to reduce the elder's coughing and it seemed to work at the moment, "Are you okay Tae ?" He looked at Taehyung with soft eyes slightly patting his back to calm him down but was stopped when Tae stood up from his place in a rush because of the feelings he was getting that was starting to make him feel things he had never felt, " I - I am okay ! Um we should start our cooking lesson now.Let's go I'll show you my kitchen"

Saying this Taehyung flew away from there to avoid the confusing feelings he was getting leaving a confused Jungkook looking at the retreating back of the elder. He also stood to follow Tae into the kitchen excitement taking place inside his body .
When Jungkook went to the kitchen he saw Taehyung gulping water like he was kept thirsty for years who choked on his water as soon as he saw Jungkook standing near the kitchen doorway. Jungkook immediately ran to the elder and patted his well built back again being confused by Tae's foreign behaviour, "Why are you choking on everything today, are you okay though? "
Taehyung raised his head to look at Jungkook's face who looked concerned for him, "I - I'm okay *cough It's - It's just I was drinking the water in a rush " Jungkook took a step back as he nodded his head knowingly, " So, shall we start now !"
Taehyung also nodded his head and placed the glass that he was holding on the kitchen table, " Yeah... let's start"

"Okay ! So first we will start from something sweet um.... let's make cupcakes. What do you say Tae. " Jungkook asked Taehyung in excitement because he has a great love for cooking and teaching cooking to his favorite person, was cheery on top for him. Taehyung cracked a small smile at the younger's excited state and moved to take out some important ingredients needed to make cupcakes, "Alright, let's go for cupcakes today ."

2 hours later >>>

" Are you sure about this?"

"I am a hundred percent sure about this. Let's do this, you will love the result ." Jungkook replied in his raspy voice as he stared deep in Taehyung's almond eyes.

"O-okay " Taehyung nodded his head feeling hot all of a sudden as nervousness took place in his nerves.

( Just how fast the night changes... They grew up so well 🥹)
