23. Jealous

It was awkward since last night between both Jungkook and Taehyung after what happened. Currently Tae was teaching Maths in Jungkook's class and both the males were trying really hard to avoid eye contact but fate is a bitch you know the more they tried to avoid the more they caught each other staring.

Soon the class came to an end making Tae to exhale a long breath that he was holding during the whole period while Jungkook immediately stood from his seat to reach Taehyung for some talk.
When everybody left the classroom for lunch Jungkook stood in front of his teacher who was busy collecting the teaching materials.

Jungkook cleared his throat before starting the conversation which caught Taehyung's attention towards him, " You need any help?" Taehyung asked raising his one brow while Jungkook nodded his head signalling him no, "I just wanted to ask if ... if you wanted to learn cooking anymore or..." Jungkook failed to form a sentence as yesterday's event came in his mind making his ears turn red.

There was an awkward silence for a good two minutes between both when Taehyung cleared his throat to say something, "Y-You should continue teaching me because I really want to learn cooking" Jungkook looked at Taehyung's face smiling victoriously from inside as his dream of seeing his crush closely will not end so soon, "Alright then I'll be at your place on time." Taehyung nodded his head with a smile adorning his lips and left the classroom leaving an excited Jungkook who was searching for his phone to update his best friend, Jimin.

At the cafeteria>>>

Jungkook told everything to his best friend and ate his lunch while making random jokes. No doubt they had some misunderstandings before but now their bonding was even more stronger than ever, they were inseparable and whoever tries to break their friendship well we are aware that Jeon Jungkook would break their bones because Jimin was the only genuine friend in the whole college.

When Jungkook and Jimin were enjoying their lunch some bunch of girls came near their table wanting Jungkook's attention. The girls stood in front of Jungkook who was eating his food peacefully but scrunched his nose when he smelled the extra sweet smell of the cologne.
He rose his head from his plate and rolled his eyes as soon as he saw a girl standing there trying to look cute and sexy.

She was wearing an extra tight shirt making her bra visible from the thin fabric and skirt that was barely hiding her thick butt. The girl opened her mouth coating her voice with extra sweetness to make her look cute, "Oppa can I sit with you?"

Both Jungkook and Jimin looked at each other cringing at the girl's childish behaviour, Jungkook looked back at her with his black eyes making him look more dangerous than he usually looks , "Sister ! you should search for another guy because I'm allergic to girls"
Jimin snorted at Jungkook's sassy words making Jungkook smirk while the girl became red like a tomato in embarrassment as the whole cafeteria was enjoying the view, she stomped her feet and ran away from there with her other friends.

Everybody went back minding their own business ignoring what just happened but only one person was staring at Jungkook's direction with much attention, Kim Taehyung.

He was with his hyungs eating his lunch when he saw all these and not to lie when that girl was standing near the younger he felt a certain wave of pain running inside his heart but he couldn't name what it was, these emotions were really making him go crazy. Well he could exactly tell what that girl wanted from Jungkook because once upon a time he was also a student and he was not liking the girl's intentions towards Jungkook.
When he was lost in staring Jungkook his hyungs noticed him zoning out , Jin shook his shoulder lightly to bring him back to reality which seemed to work," Wae...what are you looking at ? "

Taehyung looked at his hyungs face biting his lips nervously as he started shaking his legs being anxious, "I - I was just - just..." Namjin and Yoongi shared a puzzled look as Taehyung was acting really strange from these last few days.
Yoongi placed his chopsticks on his plate and stared at his dongseang with a concerning look, "Taehyung-ah if anything is bothering you, you can talk with us anytime okay. Your hyungs are always there for you"
Namjoon also nodded his head as he looked at Tae smiling politely, "Yes Tae bear, never hesitate to share anything with us okay."

Taehyung looked down at his feet feeling sad for hiding his emotions from them who always cares for him but what can he do ? He is sure of the fact that his hyungs will never judge him or say anything harsh but what can he say to them when he himself doesn't know anything yet. He is really confused about everything going on in his life.

A long sigh escaped through his pretty lips as he nodded his head giving them the response they were waiting for and again started eating their food while talking about random stuff.

But the thoughts in Taehyung's mind were not stopping at all, "Am I really into guys? Or is it just Jungkook who is making me feel things. What if ...what if I li - ... No no no, it can't be true . He is my student.What am I even thinking about. I need to clarify my thoughts but how ? Should I experiment with Jungk - Aghhhhhh ! I'm going crazy "

Taehyung stood up from his place startling his hyungs who were now looking at him intensely, "I - I have some urgent things to do. I'll g-go now " As soon as Taehyung finished his sentence he ran off from there leaving shocked Namjin and Yoongi behind who had their mouths open in shock.

"Only God knows what is going on with this kid " Jin said as he stared at the closed door of the cafeteria making the other two males agree with him.

It literally took me 2 damn hours to write this story 🥹. Why is it so hard to write ...Idk but I enjoyed this story 🫣
