22. It's complicated

The clock showed 9 o'clock when they finished watching the movie commenting one by one showing their likes and dislikes on certain characters of the movie.

All of them were laying on the sofa being lazy to get up and go to their own houses, suddenly an idea plopped in Jin's mind making the rest of them look at him curiously, "Why don't we sleep here in Tae's house, it's quite late anyways." All of them nodded their heads with a knowing look except for one who is none other than the nervous Kim Taehyung.

Taehyung's eyes were ready to pop out as he heard his hyung's idea of staying overnight, no matter what he couldn't let his hyungs stay in his house because of a certain bunny who was hiding in his room. Thinking about the boy he almost forgot about him completely in addition to this Jungkook hasn't eaten anything since his hyungs arrived in his house. The thought of the younger being hungry all day made Taehyung sad and felt a pain running inside his heart as he thought inside his head , "He must be really hungry by now. I need to make these hyungs leave the house as soon as possible ."

"Hya Taehyung-ah what are you thinking, we are asking something to you ." The sudden voice of Yoongi brought Taehyung out of his thoughts with a questioning look on his face as he didn't hear anything that his hyungs were saying to him, "Um sorry hyung I was just thinking about something. What were you saying anyway ?"

"We were saying if it's okay if we stay here for a night ?" Namjoon repeated the sentence for Taehyung who immediately shook his head nervousness pulling inside him again,
"N-no you can't stay here tonight." He
told his hyungs more like screamed as his voice was louder than usual.

Namjoon, Jin and Yoongi shared a puzzled look staring at their dongseang again as Jin opened his mouth to say something, "Hya, why are you shouting at us, if you don't want then will go what's with your loud voice."
Both Namjoon and Yoongi looked at each other with sealed lips as the environment became pin drop silence making Taehyung gulp in fear, he couldn't think of anything to make his point valid as guilt was overpowering him for raising his voice on his hyungs, "H - Hyung don't take me wrong please I - I was just saying that you all wouldn't fit in my small apartment. Sorry for raising my voice hyung, please don't get angry on your baby bear." Tae started pulling his cute puppy look so that his hyungs would forgive him and who can escape from those cute puppy looks of Taehyung, finally Namjoon broke the silence making them look at him, "I think Tae is right. His apartment is small and all of us will not fit in here anyways so it will be better if we head back to our place , what do you say Jin hyung."
Jin thought for sometime about what Namjoon said and opened his mouth,
"Hmm... Okay let's go to our place then. Tae we will be going now, sleep well okay bear ." Jin patted the younger's cheeks who nodded his head cutely making them coo at him as all of them bid their goodbyes and left the younger behind the closed door of his apartment.

As soon as he heard the fading sound of his hyung's footsteps he ran towards his bedroom opening the door with a jolt but was met with a dark room, he switched on the lights of the room making things visible to his eyesight. Taehyung slowly neared towards his bed taking slow steps where Jungkook was sleeping with his mouth slightly open looking like a stuffed toy with the blanket wrapped around his body protectively.

Tae sat beside the sleeping beauty staring with his shining eyes, a small smile automatically made its way as his long fingers started caressing Jungkook's face. He looked so peaceful and pretty while sleeping, his long lashes perfectly landed on his smooth skin, his pink lips looked like cherries and the mole below his lower lips...oh how cute it looks there and his nose they were perfect for his face like God took extra minutes to make him this beautiful.

Taehyung was lost in Jungkook's beauty as he started leaning towards the younger's face closing his eyes without realising his actions. Just when Tae was about to kiss the soft lips of Jungkook his phone buzzed inside his pant's pocket bringing him back to reality, he opened his eyes with a shocked expression thinking about what foolishness he was about to commit just now.
Taehyung immediately stood up from the bed keeping his right hand over his chest taking deep breaths backing away from the bed stumbling in his steps which resulted in him to collapse on the wooden floor.

All this commotion made Jungkook to open his eyes who sat on the bed rubbing his sleepy eyes cutely but soon his expression changed into a shocking one once he saw Taehyung sitting on the floor with his hand over his chest. He instantly made his way to Taehyung and crouched down to his level while Tae followed every step that Jungkook did in this short span of time.

Jungkook cupped Taehyung's face with an unsaid expression who was staring at his eyes with a nervous look, "Taehyung what happened, why are you sitting here like this, is everything okay... Why aren't you speaking Tae ? You are scaring me ."

It is overwhelming to see someone genuinely care for you and Taehyung was feeling the same when he saw Jungkook so worried for him, "I - I'm fine , I just slipped and f-fell down."

A relieving sigh escaped Jungkook's mouth as he helped Taehyung to stand on his feet but both missed their balance making them fall on the study table that was placed in Taehyung's room near a window.

Jungkook was towering Taehyung below his strong body keeping no gap between their bodies. As soon as Taehyung's head hit the hard furniture his eyes shut closed tightly holding the younger's arms firmly.
While Jungkook was busy staring at beauty below him who had his eyes shut making him look pure angel. Jungkook's breath hitched seeing Taehyung's beautiful face under the moonlight making him look more gorgeous and breathtaking.

Taehyung slowly opened his almond eyes to be met with the beautiful doe eyes of the younger who was already staring at him with an unreadable expression,their faces were inches apart as their hot breath hit each other's lips sending shivers down their spine. With every passing seconds the tension between them grew more and more both not wanting to avert their eyes from each other as if they wanted the same thing but couldn't form any words because of certain reasons.

As the time passed by Taehyung tried his best to break their staring contest and pushed the younger from his body bringing Jungkook back to reality, "I-It's getting l-late and you haven't eaten anything yet s-so let's go get something to eat. I'm also a bit hungry " Taehyung said the whole sentence hurriedly and left the room in a rush leaving a messed up Jungkook behind who was battling with his heart to grab the Taehyung's waist and kiss him right there and then but sometimes it's better to shut down some emotions that may ruin our future. So he let go of his thoughts and followed Taehyung to the kitchen to fill his empty stomach.
