TW: chemotherapy treatment and admission to hospital.

"Hey." Jane smiled as she walked over to the sofa and sat beside Will as she pointed the remote to the tv. "How long have you been awake for?"

"Since six a-m." Will frowned as he drank from his water bottle.

Jane looked at Will, "Have you and Mike had sex since you got diagnosed?" She asked curiously.

Will pulled away from his water bottle and started coughing uncontrollably. Jane pat his back until he calmed down, "Why would you ask that?!" He sighed.

"We tell each other everything! Twin code and stuff!" Jane defended herself, "You felt pretty confident when you told me you guys had sex for the first time." She said rolling her eyes.

Will laughed a little and shook his head, "No, he tried to but his door was opened and I ended up vomiting." He shrugged drinking his water again.

Jane laughed, "Why'd you vomit?" She smiled.

"I don't know if it was because he stuck his tongue in my mouth or because of the chemo." He smirked as the front door opened.

Will and Jane looked over to the door where their brother Jonathan walked through holding two gift bags, "Happy Birthday!" He smiled shutting the door and walking into the living room.

"It's not our birthday until next month." Will laughed as him and Jane pulled Jonathan into a hug.

"Yeah well, I won't be able to visit because I'll be away on a business trip so you get them now." He laughed as he handed them a bag each.

"Sweet!" Will smiled as he opened his bag and pulled out the present, "Oh, the blow dry hairbrush I wanted." He smiled awkwardly.

"I remember you wouldn't shut up about it and I saw it, so." Jonathan smiled.

"Um, Jonathan-." Jane started but Will cut her off quickly.

"I love it, thank you." Will smiled as he hugged Jonathan again.

"No problem buddy." He smiled pulling away, "Have you lost weight?" He asked holding Will's face.

"Just a little." Will shrugged as he sat down again.

After Jane opened her present she pulled Will into the hallway, "Can you please tell me why you haven't told Jonathan?!" She whispered shouted.

"I thought mom did!" He sighed quietly as he looked down the hallway.

"Will you have to tell him." She sighed crossing her arms.

"Jane I've had cancer for a week, Mike's on his way over to bring me to get my second dose of chemo." He said quietly, "If Jonathan knew he would quit his job just to keep an eye on me, I can't let him do that."

"Well you can't lie to him forever." Jane sighed as she heard the front door open.

"Oh, I didn't know you guys had visitors." Mike smiled as he walked in and pecked Will.

"You two are still together?" Jonathan laughed, "Me and your sister couldn't last two years."

Will held Mike's hand, "You ready to go?" Mike asked.
