Beauty~ isn't an appearance, its attitude

I woke up this morning and rolled out of bed. Walking in the bathroom passing by the mirror. Which i didn't even attempt to look in.

After releasing the liquid out of my body. I washed my hands.

I went back into my room. And checked the time. It was 6:23. Everyone should be up in a little bit. So i went into the kitchen, to make breakfast, before anyone woke up.

I took out grits, eggs, bacon. While the everything was cooking. I went into the pantry to get some bread to make toast.

While i was reaching for the bread, two kisses where planted on my face. Following the two kisses was a greeting by Jeremih and Jemerah

I smiled and greeted back.

"What you doing up so early ?" Jemerah asked

"I was going to ask you the same" i replied putting the toast in the toaster
oven.

"Well I got up early, just to talk to my boyfriend" Jemerah told me. And smirked

I know why she said that , she said that to make Jeremih mad.

"What the fuck, you don't have no fucking boyfriend. Me and my daddy is your only boyfriend. You will ever need" Jeremih said madly

"But Jermey i was just playing" Jemerah said lowly. Kind of hurt by the way he said it.

"Jeremih that was kinda mean don't you think" i said

"Ik its just that ion want these n-" he sniffed around. "Is something burning"

"Oh, shit" i said lowly turning around getting the toast out the toaster.

While i guess toast is out of the picture for breakfast this morning.

I fixed our plates, with 3 glasses of orange juice. Then my mama and daddy came down.

They fixed their plates then, we all sat down like a big happy family.

"Janilah you should try a diet, it would be a good idea." my mother said

I stopped eating my food and started playing over it. I wasn't even in a mood to eat anymore.

So i just excused my self from the table, to my room.

She knows how i feel about my weight. Why would she say something like that ? Maybe that is whats best for me.

I did cut back on my food, but she just want me to eat a baby portion. I layed down and difted to sleep.

×××4 hours later×××

"Nilah, Nilah" i heard my little sister voice.

"Huh ?" i asked getting up, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes

"Mama said take me and Jermey to the mall" she said energetically

"Why can't she take yall" i asked now sitting up.

"Cause her and daddy going somewhere, Now get up" she demanded

"Okay give me a few minutes" i said

She ran back to her room im guessing. I got dressed.

I had on a back shirt with a small pink symbol on there. With pink pants and black shoes.

The shirt was kind of snug, i pulled it. To make me comfortable. I guess this will do.

I said walking past the mirror.

"Meriah, Jermey" i screamed

Meriah came running down, while Jermey was just walking.

We got in the car and headed to the mall. After 25 minutes of driving we were at the mall.

As we were walking in the mall Jermey left to get somethings. And me and Merah went into some stores. After about 45 minutes we just started walking around

Then she saw Rue 21, "Ooooo, lets go in here" she said atempting to pull me in the store.

Jermey just texted me and asked where we was at.

Like 7 minutes later Jermey then walked in. We were sitting when Merah picked up a cropped top. I laughed lowly to myself. Ready to here Jermey response !

"This cute huh, Nilah" she asked in a questionable tone

"Hell No, that shit aint cute" Jeremiah said

"Oh My God" Meriah sighed aloud

I chuckled lowly, Then started searching through the clothes. Setting a goal to one day be able to fit these.

"Haha, Fat Bitch. What you doing in this store ? This aint Rue 75" she gave her friend a high-five while laughing. This was Alyrica and her friend from school.

I put the clothes down and walked away.

Waiting on Merah to finish.

××××That Night××××

I layed down staring at the ceiling. Still thinking about what Alyrica and her friend said to me today.

I wished i looked like the twins. Both with Curly hair, nice bronze skin. Pretty, white, and perfect teeth. With big light-brown eyes. Meriah have long curly hair.

Why couldn't i look like the twins. Why did i have to be so Ugly ?

Those were my final thoughts before drifting to sleep.
