All characters except Andrea belong to J.K. Rowling. Not me.

"Andrea, I don't want you to go out there," Fred said. I glared at him.

"Yes I am Fred. Nothing will keep me from fighting. He killed my family. I need to do this," I exclaimed.

"Fine! Alright! Just know that I love you." I smiled up at him.

"And I love you too Fred." We kissed then broke apart as Harry started to give out orders.

"Fred, George! You two will go and help in the astronomy tower. Neville and Andrea, you two will be in charge of the bridge." We all nodded and took off towards our stations. I looked over at my husband and smiled at him. That was the last time I saw Fred alive.

I watched as Voldemort died, his skin decaying, peeling away. I smiled, thinking that Fred and I could finally start the family we always wanted. I looked over at the Weasleys to see them crowded around something on the floor, crying. Confused, I walked over there. What I saw killed me.

Percy was shaking his brother, and Ron was kneeling beside them, and Fred's eyes stared without seeing, the ghost of his last laugh still etched on his face.

I stood there for what seemed like an eternity, wondering if he was just joking around and would pop up smiling and laughing, apologizing for making us so worried. But what I wanted never came. I made my way over to them in a daze, all feelings were gone, only replaced by a numbness. I sat down by his head, gently placing it on my lap and running my fingers through his hair like I would always do. I finally broke down.

"Please Fred, you can't leave. You promised me. You promised me that after everything was over, we'd be a family. Please Fred. I love you. I love you so much. Please, Freddie, please."

I started sobbing and felt myself get pulled into a hug, burying my face into George's shoulder. I pulled away and looked up at him.

"Make it stop George. I don't want it. I don't want this pain. There's so much of it. Make it stop, make it stop, make it stop..." I kept mumbling it over and over again as George held me. That was the day 'we' became 'I.' The day I became a widow. The day I lost my everything.

*1YearLater*

A loud *pop* was heard throughout the cemetery as a tall man missing an ear appeared. He held a box of Fizzing Wiz Bees and a bouquet of sunflowers. He walked towards a fairly new headstone marked:

Fred Weasley
A Husband, A Brother, A Prankster
1978-1998
Mischief Managed

The ginger began to run as he spotted an unmoving figure by his brother's grave.

George kneeled next to the woman, trying to find a non-existent pulse. In her hand was a Howler addressed to no one. He opened it up and listened to the last thing he had of Andrea's voice.

Dear Whoever Finds Me,
I know the first person to find me will most likely be George and for that I am truly sorry. I am sorry for leaving you so soon after Fred but I just couldn't take the pain anymore. I have lost too many people in my life to keep moving forward and I decided that I will join them. I want everyone to know that I have gone peacefully, surrounded by those I have lost. I love you all and I will see you in the next life.

With all my love,
Andrea Matthews Weasley

P.S. For George only: stay strong. That is the only thing I can tell you for the next coming years of your life. Remember to be happy and that we love you.

George then broke down. He had only just lost his brother and now his sister. He just wanted to end it, but he had to stay strong, for Andrea and for Fred.

*60YearsLater*

As George opened his eyes, he was greeted by the sight of the meadow that he used to play in with Fred and Andrea. He turned around to be greeted with the two of them smiling at him.

"It's been a long time brother," Fred said as he smiled at him.

"Where am I?" George asked.

"You are finally home."

With that, the three and the meadow disappeared.

All was well.
