"Please Neteyam, I promise I'll be fine." I sighed.
"I'm coming with you."
"Neteyam." I told him sternly.
"I'm going to the bathroom."
He pondered for a few seconds.
"Okay."
I sighed in relief.
"I'll wait outside."
I rolled my eyes and he followed me outside, a few days had passed and I had begun to not only look, but feel recovered, despite being watched by Neteyam and Lo'ak, like I might be blown away into the sea and never seen again.
"Jake-" I sighed as I came out from my pod and into theirs, next door.
"Morning." He smiled and handed me some berries, which I took with thanks before opening my mouth.
"Your son won't let me go to the bathroom alone." I told him.
He scolded his oldest son.
"She can go to the bathroom alone."
"But wait outside."
I rolled my eyes, like father, like son.
"Are you kidding?" I asked.
"I'm deadly serious." Jake said protectively.
"I'm not going to disappear." I informed them.
"Who knows what will happen?" Neteyam argued.
"Okay. Fine." I walked out and I stopped, Neteyam barging into me; he was that close. Always. Watching me that close.
"Ow!" I hissed.
"Neteyam, give her some space. You're not letting her breathe!" Tuk tugged her brothers arm and I thanked her for being the only sane one in the pod.
"You can't breathe?" He asked worriedly and his hands roamed my face, I hissed, slapping them away.
"I am fine. Neteyam. I promise."It was like this for the rest of the day too, Lo'ak was somewhat more calmer than his brother, although still on edge and didn't let me out of his sight the entire evening even when we were having dinner at the Sully's.
"Terina..." Tuk pulled my arm.
"What's up Tuk?" I asked, giving her a smile.
"When will you be my sister?" She pouted and I heard Neytiri and Kiri laugh at this.
"I am your sister." I poked her side as she giggled.
"No... my proper sister!"
"What do you mean Tuk?" Jake asked.
"When will you mate with Neteyam? Or Lo'ak."
Neteyam began to choke on his food, going red and my eyes widened.
Lo'ak spat out his drink of water and it went all over Jake, who looked as if he wasn't breathing.
However, Neytiri and Kiri had found this all hilarious, Tuk was still staring at me, awaiting an answer.
"I..." i trailed off and I looked around me, everyone had seemed to calm down and was looking at me.
"Nope!" Jake's voice boomed, silencing me.
"No way. She's a baby." Jake looked at Neytiri.
"Jake, she's Lo'ak's age." His mate responded, a small laugh escaping her lips.
"No way! She's too precious. She doesn't need a mate, do you?" Jake turned to me, expecting me to agree with him.
"I will have to mate with someone one day, Jake." I informed him and he slapped his hands over his ears.
"No way."
We all laughed and I felt a stare burning into me, I turned to see Neteyam.
"Nete, stop staring at Terina like you're going to eat her." Tuk slapped her brother and I giggled down at her.
"I am." He rasped out and it was my turn to choke on the berries.
Feeling Tuk's hand slap my back as she tried to help me, but really, she was just causing me more pain.
