I saw his Ikran swoop past me and down onto the reef and I looked back in front of me.
"Nìwin." Quickly. I told Sezila and she swooped lower to gain some speed against the wind.
We passed the three brothers rocks and I suddenly gasped, coming to a stop. Neteyam and his Ikran panting beside me.
"Sky people!" I told him as I pointed to the ship in the water.
They were following Tulkun.
"We need to save the tulkun!" I yelled and swooped down, distracting the boats as the Tulkun and her calf tried to swim away. Neteyam by their side as he lured them into the reef.
"LOST THEM!" I heard from the ship and i swooped again, shots firing at Sezila and I which she dodged.
"The Tulkun are safe. We need to go." Neteyam yelled as he appeared next to me.
"SPIDER COULD BE THERE!" I told him.
"We have to go back behind the reef." Neteyam ordered and I nodded, turning back when suddenly shots began to fire at us in the sky.
"WIN SÄPI!" HURRY! Neteyam screamed and i followed behind him.
"TREES! WE NEED COVER!" Neteyam gestured for me to follow him.
"WE NEED TO FIGHT!" I replied.
"NO. WE HAVE NO WEAPONS. NOTHING." He yelled back at me. I nodded and the sudden scream of Sezila was enough to make me scream with her as I felt her pain.
She had been shot.
My Sezila has been shot.
She struggled against the wind as I sobbed for her, this was my fault. If I hadn't called for her, this would have never happened.
"Strong. Be strong." Neteyam flew next to me as i cried.
She fell into the sand and I hopped off, caressing her as Ronal and the Tulkun spoke to each other.
"What happened?" Aonung asked me, his eyes full of worry as Tonowari joined his wife.
Sezila wailed and I screamed in anger as he eyes shut on me.
"NO! NO!" I sobbed, resting my head in her neck.
"NO GREAT MOTHER! PLEASE NO!" I sobbed and felt Neteyam's hand hold my head to his as a bigger crowd formed on the dock.
"RUTXE!" PLEASE!
I sobbed out, my voice going hoarse as I screamed for my sister, no longer feeling our bond.
"TERINA!" Lo'ak's feet stopped in the sand and I looked up at him and Jake and Neytiri.
"THEY SHOT HER!" I screamed, tears streaming down my face.
"It is okay my girl." Neytiri was over beside me, as-well as Jake and Lo'ak as we all surrounded Sezila.
"MY SISTER! THEY KILLED MY SISTER!" I clutched my heart and Jake placed his head against mine.
"Strong heart. I need you to be strong." He pleaded and I let tears escape as I cried silently.
"She has been a great fighter alongside you." Neytiri stroked her body.
"Oel ngati kameie tsmuke." I see you sister. "I will always see you." I kissed Sezila on her nose and let the tears drop onto her face.
"You have been strong Terina. My spirit sister, her baby and I will forever thank you." Ronal placed her hand on my shoulder and I let out another cry.
"Strong heart." Jake reminded me and I grasped my heart, feeling just pain inside it as I looked down at my sister.
"She will be with you always." Lo'ak nodded and I looked up at the sky.
"You have taken everything from me great mother. Why another?" I shook my head in shame and Tonowari kneeled down next to Jake.
"Let us all kneel for Sezila, a great warrior."
