Dear Diary,
1 month into the school and he had already become so popular among our classmates, seniors, juniors and even teachers. I wonder if I was as known as him here even after studying from the 1st grade.
I envied his amazing and outgoing personality through which he made so many friends within a short period. I envied how he was always the centre of attention. I envied all the things he was, which I wasn’t.
Unlike him, I was an average girl with few friends and had a reserved personality. I was almost invisible you see. I was just the girl who gazed at him surrounded by the crowd far away.
He was the sun which shined ever bright. I was the shadow which was neglected and dark. People like the sun, but who notices the shadow?
