Dear Diary,
When I thought everything was getting better, I was expecting too much with life. Everything was getting better only for it to get more worse.
Ben had complained to the higher sports authorities about getting beaten up by him. He was suspended from playing the next tournament. Nobody tried to dig deeper into the matter. Nobody tried to know the reason why he beat up Ben. That’s how the law works nowadays and also considering, Ben’s dad had connection with sports authorities, he was bound to get free without any consequences.
Ben was free but the one who was caught was him. He was forbidden to practices too. His only passion, his only dream, the only thing to which he put his utmost dedication was snatched away from him. All because of me. Because I chose to ignore his warnings. Because I chose to continue being friends with Ben. Because I got him involved in saving me. I was the reason due to which he was snatched away from his dream. Because of me he faced the consequences. All because of me.
I had made a decision. I hope I can abide by it and he agrees for it too…
