"AHHH Neteyam give it" 4-year-old Niri'te yelled as her mother walked by shaking her head with her other siblings

"I had it first," he said sticking his tongue out at her which made her even more madder than she already was

"Ughh" she huff and pushed him into the water "HEY! That's enough don't make me come over there" Jake said sitting on a rock with his eyes slightly wide looking at his daughter

"I'm sorry," She said helping Neteyam up "It's okay," he said hugging her

"The hell did I just witness" Jake mumbled to himself

"Lo'ak go away me and Kiri are trying to talk," 14-year-old Niri'te said standing with her hand on her hip and her bow in the other

"But I wanna talk with you guys," Lo'ak said standing there with Tuk on his hip "No, it's girl stuff you wouldn't understand now leave for I shoot you with my bow," She said making him roll his eyes

"Fine, come on tuk," He said rolling his eyes and going over there with Neteyam

"Lo'ak's right, why do we have to be up here and not down there helping dad and our family," Niri'te said looking at Neteyam

"Niri No"! She could be so careless and reckless at the worst times, she never thought about the aftermath of things and Jake hated that because she didn't fear anything, not even death

Neteyam huffed diving down on his ikran following his two younger siblings

"Lo'ak you don't even know how to use that" he shrugged him off "Dad taught me how to," he said before he started shooting and Niri stood next to him shooting her bow

"Move out people move out," Jake said into the speaker seeing another ship come in before his eyes landed on his kids making him cuss

"LO'AK, NIRI, NETEYAM WHERE ARE YOU" he yelled looking for them "Where's your sister," he asked Neteyam and lo'ak

"Over there, she's over there," they said pointing "Okay get out of here," He said

"Niri!! Niri"!!! He jumped over a rock once he heard her groan "Niri" Making sure she was responsive
"What were you thinking child," he said throwing her over his shoulder
She let out small groans with every movement

"LO'AK, NIRI GET HERE" Niri limped beside lo'ak as they walked to Jake

"God, what is wrong with you two, you could've been killed," he said looking at them "I let you two knuckleheads come on this mission and you disobey direct orders" he rubbed a hand down his face

"Lo'ak you're dismissed" He walked off with Kiri to go get cleaned up

"I expected more from you Niri, you're older," he said making her look down at her feet "I don't want to watch from above, I wanna be down there with you, helping our family," she said picking her head up

"Niri'te you're 16 you can't be down there with everybody else, you're not trained for that and today shows that, why are you so careless with your life"? He yelled at her making her close her eyes to hold back the tears

"Ma Jake, your daughter's actually bleeding," Neytiri said "You're grounded no flying or no bow for a month, leave and go get patched up," he said walking away

Not noticing the big cut down her leg and across her ribs as the adrenaline wore off, she now realized how lightheaded she felt

"Woah Niri you okay"? Neteyam said after he caught her before she hit the ground "lay her down right there" Mo'at their grandmother said

Doing as told Neteyam with the help of Lo'ak laid her down on the leafs

"She's lost a lot of blood, alert your parents," She said as Lo'ak ran off to get his parents

"Mom, dad grandma needs you it's about Niri," he said making his parents rush to the healthcare spot
"Oh my baby," Neytiri said seeing her second oldest child laid out as her mother worked on her

"What happen" looking up at Jake, mo'at responded "She lost a lot of blood from the cuts on her side and leg, she'll probably be weak for a few days months it's all on her," she said

"But for right now just keep her resting and no hard activities" Nodded their heads, Jake carefully picked her up and took her to her room

"Careless child just like your father" Jake mumbled kissing her forehead before leaving
