"Do you think we will ever go home"? Niri asked walking on the side of Neteyam

She and Neteyam decided to go walking around the island only because they didn't have anything to do and they wanted to spend some alone time together

"Yes...I don't know...I like to hope so" He said pushing a tree branch out of the way "Hoping isn't always good" She whispered holding onto her Bow

"Why do you say that"? Stopping in front of the other side of the ocean, the water was way deeper

"Because...sometimes hoping doesn't always go as you plan it will," She said looking up at her twin brother

"Having a little bit of hope is always good" He smiled at her

They didn't have anything to talk about, they just haven't spent time alone with it being the two, with all the change over the past month or so the two never really got the chance to just stop for a second and enjoy each other's present

"You know I never told anybody but when we first got here I had hope...hope that someday we would all be able to go back home but I don't think so anymore" She played with her pinky

"We will...you just have to hope...have hope with me," He said pulling her hands apart

"Okay" Smiling she splashed him with water before laughing

She gasped once she felt the water hit her face "You wet my hair"! She said standing up "You'll be okay, you like your hair wet anyways," He said laughing at her

Niri sat beside her mother, making bracelets and necklaces for her family. She loved to do that on the side when she wasn't hanging out with the other kids or when she had nothing else to do

"A'teyo seems like a nice boy" Neytiri smiled at her daughter as she held a concentrated look on her face

"Y-yeah he's okay" She shortly replied "You like him" It was more of a statement than a question "What? No, I don't even know him" Shaking her head lightly

"We will talk later," She said once Jake walked In

She had made jewelry for her parents and given it to them a few days ago

She made two of everything for them

"Lo'ak stop moving" She put his necklace on for him and now she was putting the bracelet on, they all just finish eating dinner

"What's this for"? She shook her head "Nothing, in particular, I just wanted to give you guys new jewelry" She said smiling once she finished putting it around his wrist

"Can I sleep with you tonight"? She looked over at Neteyam as he got ready to lie down "yeah come on" She walked over and laid down, snuggling into her older brother's side

"Are you okay"? He said wrapping his arm around her "Yeah I'm fine" She responded quietly "Goodnight Neteyam"

"Good night Niri," He said closing his eyes and pulling her closer
