The ship Rinney has broken up not to long ago because Finney "lost feelings" for Robin and "had feelings" for this girl named Donna.
They were still friends but it was awkward because Robin was still in love with Finney so they didn't hang out much but they did wave at each other in the hall ways and sometimes sat with each other at lunch with there little friend group with Brance.
Everything was going well for Finney and Donna until they started to hang out more.
Finney didn't notice anything at first until after a few hangouts with Donna.
He felt different. He didn't feel excited to hang out with her or see her.
He wasn't sure why but he shrugged it off and just tried his best to enjoy his date with Donna.
"So.. Finney did you finish the drawing for the science project?" Donna asked
"Oh yea it didn't take long. Did you finish the writing?"
Donna nods and continues to eat her food.
For some reason Finney didn't even enjoy having a conversation with her.
Why do I feel this way? Finney thought to himself.

Finney got home continuing with his thoughts confused why he feels this way.
He went to his bedroom and just flopped on his bed.
For some reason he randomly thought of Robin which he didn't know why I mean he said he was over him why is he all of a sudden thinking about him?
Did he miss him? No that cant be they see each other every day.
Did he miss their relationship?
For the whole night he was just thinking about if he misses Robin or not

"Hey Finney!" Donna shouts while running up to him
"Hey Donna."
"You okay? It seems like you didn't sleep"
"Yea.. I had insomnia last night.. but its cool"
"Oh well uh today is the science project! Do you have the drawings?"
"Yep" He hands the drawing to Donna not realizing one of the drawings were supposed to stay home
"Hey uh is this a drawing of Robin?" Donna asks while showing him the drawing
"Oh shoot I'm so sorry that was meant to stay home" Finney says while taking the drawing out of her hand
"Oh its okay it looks pretty realistic! You should give it to him he would love it."
"Yea I guess you're right. Welp are you ready for the test?" Finney says while putting the drawing in his pocket
"Yep" Donna says while making their hands connect.
They say like that until they arrive at their science class.

"Alright Finney and Donna it's your turn to present. Please come up with your papers."
They both head up to the front of the class.
"You can go first" Donna whispers to Finney
Finney nods and starts to speak
"So these are the drawing I made showing how..." He stops speaking as Robin opens the drawing he made of him.
He didnt even realize it fell out of he pocket.
Finney gets embarrassed/panics very easily so he was pretty embarrassed because Robin wasn't supposed to see that.
"E-Excuse me.." He says while leaving the classroom leaving Donna confused.
He went to the bathroom stall and locked it.
Wishing he could stay there forever.
It was nice and silent until he heard the bathroom door open
"Finn?"
Of course it's him. Finney though to himself
"Finn open the door and please talk to me"
Finney didnt open the door
"Finn.. open the door" Robin said more aggressively
Finney knew that Robin had massive anger issues and he gets mad very easily so he opened the door before Robin could do anything to it.
"What." Finney said
"Why did you just run off like that? Is it because of this?" He takes out the drawing from his pocket
Finney nods before speaking
"Yes. You weren't supposed to see that"
"Oh Finn. Its great I love it. There's nothing to be embarrassed about" Robin assures him
"Yes there is."
"What do you mean?"
"I drew that because I couldn't stop thinking about you last night"
"What are you trying to say..?"
Finney lets out a sigh
"I lied."
Robin looks at him confused
Jeez he can be so clueless sometimes Finney thought to himself
"I still love you... Robin"
