Dazai pov

I hate my fiancé.

I sat on the chair in the gazebo watching kunikida and fukazawa training at martial arts.

It's boring.

I could be in my bed right now sleeping away half of my life but no I'm here watching some kunfu panda shit.

I slumped in my chair as I watched them and groaned. I know this will be the last time kunikida gets to do this with fukazawa for possibly ever but why does that mean I have to be here.

After a few minutes fukazawa and kunikida were going to take a break and get breakfast so I fallowed.

"So any thoughts"? Kunikida asked.

"I hate you".

Kunikida laughed and I pouted. "It's not that bad getting up early".

"No its literally awful. I hate it now I have to be alive for like a whole day. I can't do that"!

Kunikida rolled his eyes and we walked into the hall for breakfast.

We sat in our spots. And start eating.

"So it's goodbye today kunikida ". Yasano said.

"We'll until the wedding that is". Ranpo added.

"Yea I'm going to miss you".

"Maybe we can do something fun before we have to say goodbye". Yasano said.

"How about a ride around the kingdom" Mori spoke up." It can be just the four of you. Dazai can stay behind".

I glanced up at dazai and saw he hadn't even started eating yet. He fell asleep on the table.

"I think that would be for the best since I got him up pretty early today".

After breakfast dazai went back to his room to sleep and fukazawa and I trained for another hour before we went to the stables to get our horses.

The ride was peaceful and I was happy to spend my last day with my family having fun without dazai.

Yasano and ranpo said jokes and argued while we laughed. We were out there for hours and we ate lunch together on a hill surrounded by bright green grass and flowers. Yasano brought sandwiches while ranpo brought snacks that was a bit of a battle to get him to share.

When we came back everyone went to their rooms to pack to leave in the morning tomorrow.

I decided to go to look for dazai. I of course checked my balcony to see if I could see him but i couldn't. Then I checked around the kitchen area which the cooks got mad at. I then went out to the garden not seeing him. So he was either in the library or the picture room.

I went to the library and heard something fall from the upstairs area. I climbed up the latter to see what happened but I saw dazai trying to grab a book from a higher shelf alredy with a small pile of books surrounded him.

It seemed the thing that fell was a book from a higher shelf that he was trying to reach.

"Hey".

He didn't say anything and continued to try to reach the book he wanted.

"Do you need help"?

"No I'm fine". He grunted now standing on his tip toes trying to get a grasp on the book.

"Really I can help".

"Really I got it".

He pulled a little to hard and the book fell off the shelf hitting him in the head.
