The journey back home was an awkward one. We couldn't run back in our wolves since the strange woman wasn't strong enough. Blake sent cars to pick us up. Kayden was asleep after calling shotgun he must have had quite a long day. I also managed to get Eli to sleep. He was reluctant at first saying he wanted to stay awake with her but I was more convincing. The woman was just staring out the window. It was then that I noticed her beautiful features. She had this large grey eyes, a distinct sharp pointed nose, and cute thin lips. These were features one would easily notice if she wasn't decorated with so many scars. She had marks all over her body making it look like a tiger print. "You look tired, you should get enough rest, especially in your condition," I explained barely above a whisper. She put a hand above her bump. "She's a lot stronger than you think Luna."
"She?"

"I was just as surprised but he is the alpha king's son so I didn't question much," a silence grew between us as she seemed to be lost in thought.
"I still can't understand why, he said he sensed me, that he knew exactly how I felt and needed to help me,"
She drifted off again. This time I let her. I needed my own space to digest what she just told me. I looked at my son sleeping peacefully close to her. I was just glad we found him, this mystery could easily wait. The rest of the ride home was silent and before I knew it I was already on my bed and drifted off to sleep immediately. I woke up the next morning on an empty bed and my whole body was sore.

"I just went for a walk that's it,"
