This was inspired by this week's new Synk Road episode when Aeri and Ning were in Karina's bed in the morning.

It was around 8:30 in the morning when Jimin woke up to rustling on her sides. She could hear and feel the vibrations of someone's giggling and uncovered the blanket to see her two daughters laying next to her.

Jimin smiled wide and snuggled closer. Her 11 year old, Ning, couldn't help but bask in the warmth that her mom was giving off. And the 13 year old, Aeri, was chilling behind Jimin's back.

"What are you two doing here?" She asked in her husky morning voice.

"Me and Aeri unnie woke up too early for our Sunday morning breakfast so we wanted to come cuddle with you for a while." Ning answered without moving away from her mom's hold.

Jimin moved back a little to catch some of Ning's face. "Only with me?" She quirked an eyebrow. Ning hesitantly nodded and avoided her gaze. Jimin tilted her chin up to try and address Aeri. "Aeri-ah..."

Aeri sighed from the back and shook her head. "Momma came into our room last night and tried to sleep next to me..." She frowned a little. "...and I might've kicked her off." Aeri was quick to catch her mom's stare and continued. "But it wasn't intentional! I kicked her in my sleep and I tried to say sorry but she said she was fine."

Jimin nodded in understanding but she peered back down at the two to see that it wasn't just that. "What do you wanna ask? Just be honest."

"Did you and momma fight last night?" Ning quietly whispered.

Jimin relaxed her body as she stared up at the ceiling, thinking about whatever went down the previous night.

Minjeong and Jimin were sitting next to each other on the couch in the living room. It was a cold night so they brought out a thin blanket to cover up both their legs. Minjeong was busy humming a tune as she patiently waited for her wife to finish up whatever it was before they went to bed.

Jimin's eyebrows furrowed deeper when she couldn't focus properly. She turned her head to the younger girl to try and get her to notice her discomfort. But the girl was trained on her book.

"Minjeong..." The younger girl turned her head and smiled to meet her wife's face.

"Yes, my love?"

"Stop..." Jimin deadpanned.

"Stop what?" Minjeong asked with a slight tilt of her head.

"Stop humming. You're being a distraction." She carelessly said as she turned back to her work.

"Sorry..." Minjeong muttered.

Jimin felt the couch shift as she looked back up to see Minjeong stand up from the couch.

"Where are you going?"

"To our bedroom...I don't want to distract you."

"I said to stop humming, not leave." Jimin exasperated.

"But-"

Jimin sighed loudly and ruffled her hair. "It's like you don't even know me anymore."

Minjeong frowned and stood still in her place. "What?"

"You heard me." Jimin dropped her arms from her hair and took a breath to calm down.

"Where is this coming from?"

"You tell me! Are you sure you're actually working overtime?!"
