An interesting interaction with the Man of Steel and the Gotham Fox, while a disturbing future is set in motion or not...

Superman was sitting down on the couch, waiting patiently for the Gotham Fox. Blake was currently in the kitchen, preparing hot chocolate for the both of them. He poured the hot chocolate on two cups, and takes them over to the living room, where Clark is.

Blake: "Here you go. Careful, it's really hot." He said as he hands him the cup.

Superman: "Thank you."

Blake then sits on the couch, next to him, and places his cup on the coffee table, waiting for it to cool for a bit. Clark does the same as well.

Blake: "So, I take it that you have many questions, right?"

Superman: "Right. I guess for starters, tell me about yourself. Who you are and where you come from?"

Blake: [chuckles] "Alright. Well, firstly I am different from everyone else. My biological parents weren't exactly from this world, or reality for that matter." He looks to Clark, who was a bit confused. "It's complicated, but they were nice people. Then, they were called to go somewhere and left me in the care of someone they trusted and...they were gone. I was just a baby then when it happened."

Superman: "I'm so sorry." He said.

Blake: [Clears throat] "Thanks. But life has been going good for me. My adopted mother raised me and cared for me, same case with my sister. Then, came the day where I got my powers."

Superman: "How did it happen?" He asked as he grabbed his cup of hot chocolate.

Blake: [He raises his arm up and a rift butterfly appeared in his hand] "It was all this little guy's doing. When I made contact with it, I think it activated my powers. I trained a bit with them, but I haven't used it much lately. Just only relied on the training Batman provided for me."

Superman: "Interesting. What abilities do you have?"

Blake: "Well, so far, I have heightened senses like: sight, hearing, and even smell. Almost something that wolves have (I wonder if Dad had that since he was Wolf Clan member). I have super strength, speed, reflexes, durability, a healing factor, lightning. I think I can even teleport and fly for a bit, but I haven't continued much of it."

Clark's eyes widened a bit, with how much abilities he has.

Superman: "Wow, that's impressive. Though, it does look like you still have a long way to go, right?"

Blake: "Mhm." He nods.

The conversation kept going for about an hour or two, and they shared a lot about each other. Clark shares his past life like struggling to control his powers as a kid and trying to hide it from others, finding out he's from another world, and the death of his father. Blake listened to everything and couldn't help but feel guilty to what he said to him the first time they met at the party. And it would appear that these two definitely share some things in common.

Both come from different worlds that were lost, they were raised on Earth for the majority of their lives, and they all want to do the right thing. Then, Clark stopped at mid-sentence as he heard a scream for help.

Superman: "Sorry, I have to go. Someone needs my help." He said as he placed his cup on the table.

He stands and goes over to the balcony. Before he leaves, he looks back at Blake.
