Kevin: "Yeah, so if you want to roll to the Laugh Factory with me tonight, I think that would be dope. I signed up for the open mic." he hums, walking up the steps to the bullpen with Genevieve
Genevieve: "You did it." she gasps, gripping onto his arm in excitement
Kevin: "I could use a friendly face."
Genevieve: "Ah, that's awesome, man. I'm excited for you. Um, give me a preview."
Kevin: "Yeah?"
Genevieve: "Show me what you got."
Kevin: "Okay. Okay, so, um, ahem. So, what's the only place in Chicago that has 24-hour police protection?"
Genevieve: "Donut shop?" she hums, look of apprehension on her face
Kevin: "You heard that one?"
Genevieve: "Basically my entire life."
Kevin: "Yeah, donut-donut shop. That gets-that gets laughs usually." he stutters as Genevieve gives him a soft look, pursing her lips
Genevieve: "I thought you wanted to do, like, more observational comedy."
Kevin: "Yeah, I was...thinking about that."
Genevieve: "Kevin, you're funny. Just do Atwater."
Kevin: "Okay" he hums, the pair fistbumping as Genevieve moves over to her desk "Do Atwater." he mutters, nodding to himself
Erin: "Saw you and Dawson were getting pretty cozy." she hums, playfully nudging Joseph's shoulder, making him shake his head with a small chuckle
Joseph: "It's nothing. She just asked for help with her whole custody thing with Louie."
Erin: "I thought that was settled. Didn't he get redeployed?"
Joseph: "Yeah, and then Gabby set up a meeting with him and Louie so they could meet and he decided that he wanted to be in Louie's life. He's planning to go for full custody."
Erin: "You think he has a shot?"
Joseph: "I've seen full blown drug addicts who left their kids in a hot car to go score, get their kids back" he scoffs, shaking his head "It could swing either way. All I can do is try and be there for Gabby whichever way it swings."
Erin: "Be there for her as a friend or..." she hums, giving him a suggestive look
Joseph: "Gabby and I, it..." he stutters, shrugging his shoulders with a conflicted look on his face, Erin giving him a soft look as she squeezes his shoulder in understanding "Yeah." he huffs, moving towards his desk
Olinsky: "You left a working case file in the front seat of your covert car." he hums, slamming the file down on Kim's desk, creating a thud
Kim: "Yeah, but it was parked in our secure police lot."
Olinsky: "Which is filled with nosy cops who want to get into our business. Everything we do in this unit is confidential. Everything."
Jay: "Be right there" he hums, standing to his feet as he turns to face the group "Patrol found the body of a dead woman in Washington Park. We're getting called in."

Genevieve: "Spoke to the first officer on the scene. Said it looks like she was out for a jog. Pants are pulled down around her ankles. M.E. will tell us if it is what it looks like it is." she sighs, walking beside Voight as they come up to where the woman is lying on the ground
Voight: "She's still warm."
Genevieve: "First responding officers called an ambulance right away, even though they couldn't find a pulse."
