Namjoon waited for Yoongi to come while Tae took care of Kook, they were in there shared bedroom
After ten minutes Yoongi arrived, and walked up the stairs to the boys room, he made Jungkook sat on the bed and started checking him
"Okay, let me check you're temperature first" he said pushing the thermometer in Jungkook mouth
Looking at the thermometer Yoongi sighed
"Thirty eight point five, you have a fever "
"Let me take you're shirt off"
"What?" Jungkook asked while his cheeks turned red
Jungkook wasn't embarrassed to take off his shirt, but Taehyung was in the same room with him, and he didn't feel comfortable being naked in front of him.
He wasn't actually going to be naked, just topples
"Are you uncomfortable to take you're shirt of kook? Do you want me to go and wait outside?" Tae asked getting the hint from Jungkook's red face
"Nooo, you can stay" he quickly added
"Jungkook you're getting all shy, I can see that you're uncomfortable"
"It's because I have a fever "
"Okay then I'll just lift you're shirt up a little so I can press on you're tummy" Yoongi said
"Okay" he nodded
He lifted Jungkook shirt and slowly stared pressing on his stomach
"Ahhh! no more pressing, it hurts"
"Okay, okay it's done"
Yoongi said then got up and took his medical bag where he had all of the things that he needed
After searching for the things he needed, he took out some cotton pads, alcohol, a cannula with a yellow butterfly needle attached and an IV drip, and of course the first thing Jungkook saw was the needle attached to the cannula
The yellow cannula needle was the smallest out off all in size
"H-Hyung, you promised that I won't get any shots!" Jungkook whined like a baby
Namjoon was looking at him from the corner of the room that he just entered
"That's not a shot Jungkook, and I didn't say anything about IV "
"But there's a needle" he whispered lowering his head
"It's okay hyung I'm going to take care of him, you can go" Taehyung said to Namjoon
Just as Yoongi tried to come close to Jungkook, he stood up from the bed and tried to ran away, taehyung quickly caught him and placed him on his lap holding him in place
"Don't be scared Jungkook, it's just a quick pinch, just hold my hand and turn you're head" he said to the scared boy and turned his face the opposite way
"Just hold my hand tight, it won't hurt a lot, I promise" tae said
"Okay, I trust you" Jungkook answered relaxing in taehyung hold
Yoongi pulled his sleeve up and tied a tourniquet up to the inside of his elbow then looked for a vein
Jungkook's arm was full of veins, which Taehyung thought was attractive for a guy
After Yoongi found the vein he picked up a cotton pad dipped in alcohol and started cleaning the spot , just as he picked up the needle, Jungkook moved knowing what was going to happen next
"Kook, don't move! hyung is going to be gentle and do it fast, just calm down and breath with me, okay?" he nodded
"Sorry I moved my hand"
"It's okay, just don't do it again " he said
This time Taehyung hold Jungkook tighter and closer so he can't move anymore while Yoongi took a hold of his hand and slowly pushed the small needle in his vein
Jungkook cold fell the needle being pushed into his arm, he was biting his lips trying not to cry, for fuck sake he'll be eighteen in a few days
He won't be crying over a needle, he's not scared
Taehyung watched Jungkook eyes which were glossy with tears that he refused to let out, he was being brave but Tae would have loved if Jungkook just let it all out
He wished that he'll let himself be more vulnerable around people, around him
"Done" Yoongi said and took the needle out and placed a band aid over
They thanked him and he left the room
It was just Jungkook and Taehyung laying on the bed beside each other
They were holding each other
After Yoongi left Jungkook tried to leave the bed quickly so he can go to the bathroom, he was feeling like crying and didn't want Taehyung seeing him
Tae hold him still and looked up at him
"Jungkook"
"You shouldn't be crying alone" he didn't say a word
"You don't have to be strong all the time, it's okay to cry Jungkookie"
"I don't cry" he answered felling embarrassed
"Who told you that? boys cry too, everyone cries just because you don't want to be vulnerable in front of anyone, that doesn't mean that you shouldn't cry or be sad"
"You shouldn't fell embarrassed to cry, it's normal " taehyung said
"Just let it all out"
"What?"
"Come here" he hugged him closer and placed his head on his shoulder
He didn't really cry, just a few stray tears here and there
Taehyung was right it felt better to just let everything out from time to time, and this time he wasn't alone, taehyung was there with him, hugging him, and wiping his tears away from his face
This is a secret but Taehyung felt something special with Jungkook, something he never felt before with a guy
He liked him a bit more then a friend.
