We start driving again there is someone crossing the road as Al yells at Rudy, "GO AROUND." As he does we get hit in the side by another car that rolled us over I've landed on top of Simon.
Johnny is already out shooting the guy's in the car that hit us as Simon pulls me up and out of the car with him. I hear Graves yell in comms, "Tv on the trigger keep are guy's covered." As Simon and Johnny check me over to see if I'm ok as Graves then says, "All station's be advised we are engaging danger close. Give me a sit rep when able."
Ghost says after he makes sure I'm ok, "Shadow-1 we're up no one's hurt, Hassan is secure." As he pulls me to my feet to stand behind him as we start to move to the restaurant building behind us.
"O-7 copy that, Colonel Vargas what's the word?" Graves
"Shadow-1 we'll hardpoint in the building behind us, over." Al says as we push in and Rudy says, "Clear." Then we push to the roof.
"Rudy call for the helo's." Al says as Simon pulls me to take cover behind him.
"Copy that. Main, this is Victor 3-1, request immediate exfil. Current position is roof of restaurant in Olmeda." Rudy calls over comms.
"Shadow-1 we are taking RPG fire from the east. Roping now!" Johnny calls over comms as he points his laser at them.
"RPG!!!" Ghost yells as he pulls me to the ground under him to cover me with his body. "RPG down!" Graves calls out and Simon moves us both back to are cover.
"Cartel at the church." Al calls out to Graves.
"Copy Church." Graves comes back as we have an RPG go right by us.
"GET DOWN!" Soap yells as one hits the building just below us as I fell my breathing get heavy I think back to how my brother's died. Simon see's I'm lost in thought as he grabs my hand pulling me back to the here and now.
"Hatchet 3-1 is inbound. 5 minute's out." Rudy calls out to us and Graves.
Graves is firing on everything that moves when I see a anti-air team setting up in the football field. I push on Simon's arm and point to it as he can tell Graves, "Graves anti-air team at the football field." As they fire on them.
They lunch flares as they shoot back at them taking them out as the rocket hits one of the flares. I sigh as I feel relived that I spotted it in time.
"No movement at this time." Graves comes back.
"Be advise. Resupplies are low. Conserver your ammo. Sergeant, sit-rep?" Ghost calls out.
"Hassan is secure. He's still a prick." Johnny says back on comms.
"And you are as mindless as you're weapons of war." Hassan.
"Bravo 7-1, You are cleared hot to shut Hassan the hell up." Graves says back.
We keep fighting off the endless waves of them when Soap calls out, "Shite, I'm out."
I hand him my other mag which leaves me with one as Johnny calls out, "She's last mag."
"Helo's 30 seconds out," Rudy calls out to us as we see 3 more cars pulling in from the bridge.
"Graves are exit is blocked by enemy armor. Requesting immediate air support." Ghost calls out
"Anti-Air team is down." Graves calls out.
"Copy Shadow-1 we are moving now!" Al calls out as we move back into the restaurant.
"Bravo 0-7, HLZ secure, You're clear to proceed." Graves
"Copy moving now." Ghost says as we push out the back door toward the heli.
"Everyone in!" Rudy yells as we move in Ghost makes me sit next to him Johnny on my other side.
