As you looked down on the folded paper to then look at the blondes next to you, you saw Chishiya and you had gotten the same number. Which wasn't exactly a fantastic thing.

Up until now both of you had been lucky while being in the same game as the game allowed more than one survivor, but what were the odds of that happening again? Going into the same game was never guaranteed to be good, not that any game was good to begin with.

Chishiya had a handful of items with him though, the taser he mentioned, some earplugs and right before leaving the room he grabbed the lavender glove as well.

"What do you need the glove for?" You asked. A lavender glove with a lace bow on it didn't seem very necessary for any game. Blisters? Maybe?

"Good luck charm." He shrugged. It was funny how a guy like him could casually grab a glove and call it a 'good luck charm', considering his personality and all.

"Didn't you say you don't believe in luck?"

"I don't, but you do." He said, putting the glove on your right hand. It was a perfect fit and the glove still looked very familiar, now that it was on your hand it looked even more familiar. But you brushed it off as you didn't need distractions before the game. Especially something as silly as a lavender glove.

Finally ready for take off, the both of you left the hotel room to go down to the lobby.

"Good luck you two." Kuina said, leaning against the wall. She for one, didn't have a game and was planning to play in a few days time.

"Thank you, Kuina." You hugged the girl. Kuina is a butterfly, always flapping her beautiful wings strongly and confidently and being able to approach anyone and everyone but now as you hugged her you could feel her fast heart beat and her warm body clinging onto yours.

"Hey, its not like we're going to die." You said, offering a warm smile as you let go of the hug.

"I know. You're strong." She answered, with a somewhat crooked smile.

"So are you."

It was crazy how you and the girl had gotten so close in such little time. Even you sobbed like a baby before her games, it was almost like a ritual. The friendship the two of you had was far beyond just knowing each other at the beach. You cared deeply for Kuina, she cared deeply for you.

Waving your goodbye to Kuina, you and the blonde left the building.

The building the two of you would be playing at was an L shaped apartment complex. There were a few people waiting by the entrance already. everyone looked anxious or way too confident. Well, cocky would be the right term. One of the two.

Chishiya walked over to a corner, crouching to plug his taser in and you followed. You stood next to the male and leaned on the wall, already observing everyone around you while playing with the lace bow of the lavender glove. It was a nice distraction.

Chishiya got up, took his black earplugs out of his pocket, putting one in his ear and the other in yours. He had his hood up so he wasn't all that visible.

Some people glared at the two of you. Both of you didn't seem like new players, yet you didn't have the determined look painted on your faces like the other players. You locked eyes with one of the girls staring at you and you offered a small smile to ease the tension.

Of course, your attempt failed.

You saw a man in a mechanic hat approach a woman who was stretching, a smart thing to do before a game.
