Now arriving on shore, Kalani hopped off her skimwing and walked the beach.

"Good luck Tsireya." She mumbled to herself with a small grin. Kalani likes to think that she knows the boys better than anyone. She was wrong, completely wrong.

"Lani!" Tuk ran towards the teenage girl and latched onto her leg.

"Tuk Tuk!" Kalani picked her up.

"No put me down! Mom says you're healing!" Tuk pouted.

"I feel perfectly fine, Tuk." She hugged the girl. "It was a little incident, that's all." Tuk hugged the girl back.

"How's Kiri?" Kalani asked, continuing her walk down the beach, holding the girl.

"She won't leave our home." Tuk informed. "I think you should talk to her, she's not listening to mom."

"Sometimes people want personal space, Tuk." Kalani rubbed the girl's back.

"You're such a good little sister, worrying for Kiri...I'll talk to her later." Tuk beamed at those words. Her golden hue eyes brightened like the hot sun during a warm afternoon.

"Also..I'm very  sorry.."

Kalani tilted her head in confusion, "Sorry for-"

"This." In a swift movement, Tuk had Kalani wrapped up in an inescapable hug. Her tail tightly wrapped around Kalani's legs, arms wrapping around her forearms, and legs tightening around her waist.

"Tuk! Let go!" Kalani was now trapped in an awkward hug situation, being unable to wiggle free or pry Tuk off her. The roar of an Ikran sounded above the girls as it landed a little ways away from them.

"Tuk you traitor!" Kalani whined. Neteyam hopped off his Ikran and waked over to the two girls.

"Nice one, Tuk." Kalani pouted while Tuk grinned.

"Sorry, Lani..Neteyam promised to teach me how to ride a Ilu all on my own!" She smiled.

Neteyam wrapped an arm around Kalani's shoulder and smiled at Tuk, "I've got it from here, little sis." Tuk hopped off Kalani.

"Head back to mom, she was looking for you." Tuk nodded her head and ran down the beach.

Kalani sighed looking at her feet, "You're gonna have to look at me at some point, love." Neteyam grinned when she met eyes with him.

"See? There's those beautiful eyes I love so much." He cupped her face with his free hand.

"You cheat." Kalani huffed. "You used Tuk against me!" She crossed her arms and pulled away from her lover.

"Everything I did was to get you and I alone again- so I have no regrets." The male shrugged his shoulders.

"Ma Neteyam-" Kalani started with a small grin. "Don't tell me you're a hopeless romantic?" She raised a brow.

Neteyam laughed pulling the female into his arms as she squealed. "Flying through the mountain tops, swimming through water, dancing in trees, sparring and even walking on the shore!" He nuzzled her neck.

"All of which I'm willing to do with you from now until forever, my love." Kalani swooned.

"You make it hard to be mad at you, Nete.." She giggled earning a peck on her neck.

"Good- means I can get away with this-" He swiftly picked her up, holding her by her legs while her bum sat on his shoulder and her tail swayed.

"Neteyam!" She laughed while he carried her to the water.

"What are you doing!?" She held on to him.

"We're going for a swim!" He answered now waist deep in the water. The male Na'vi called his Ilu, placing Kalani in the cool water.

The Ilu swam around the two before stopping in front of Neteyam.

"Should I call Poa?" Kalani asked referring to her skimwing.

"No need, you'll ride with me." Neteyam mounted the Ilu and Kalani mounted behind him.

"Hold on." Kalani wrapped her arms around Neteyam, hands resting on his chest and tail wrapped around the calf of his leg.

<------------------------------>

The Ilu dived underwater, and Kalani tightening her grip on Neteyam. The two rode by glowing fish, and feathery coral. The currents gave them a sense of warmth while swimming in the lagoon. Neteyam looked back at the white haired female who watched the glowing gold fish swim pass them. The beautiful violet eyes brightened the blue waters around them.

Neteyam tapped her thigh, and she turned to look at him. The male pointed upward, motioning that he wanted to say something to her but they needed to surface. Kalani nodded as the Ilu moved upwards. Breaching the surface, the two Na'vi took a breath.

"What's wrong, Nete?" Kalani tilted her head, brushing her now wet hair from her face. Neteyam shook his head with a small smile, turning his body to face the female.

"You seem to be enjoying the creatures down there... don't tell me they have replaced the special place in your heart for Ma Haiti?" He grinned referring to the female's Irkan.

The female gasped before smacking Neteyam in the arm playfully, "I would never! I love Haiti!" She looked at Neteyam in disbelief.

"Poa disagrees." Neteyam teased.

"I love everyone equally!"

"Even me?" Neteyam tilted his head, looking at her through dark lashes.

Kalani huffed, "You're a jerk." She crossed her arms. Neteyam chuckled and placed his hand on hers.

"Thats not the only reason I wanted you up here..I want show you something." Kalani tilted her head.

"If you would allow me, taku aroha.." Kalani's heart skipped a beat.

"Of course." Neteyam slid off his Ilu, helping Kalani ease into the water. Neteyam led her to a small remote island covered in trees, and soft lush grass.

<-------------------------------->

"You found this, Nete?" Kalani asked as they walked the beach.

"When I was searching for Lo'ak, yes." Neteyam answered, their hands interlocked, swinging between them.

"It's beautiful." She looked up at the now setting sun. The silence between them was comfortable. Neither one of the teens needed to express what they were feeling, well at least Kalani didn't.

"Lani?" The girl looked up at the male.

"I know you said we're too young to be bonded and I agree-" Kalani tilted her head, wondering where this conversation was going.

"But with my parents permission, I'd like to court you." Neteyam said with full confidence, looking over the female's face for a sign of any emotion.

Kalani blinked, "M-Me? You son of one of the best warriors alive- wants to court me?" Kalani was mentally freaking out.

Neteyam grabbed both of her hands and brought them to his chest, "I love you...I'm in love with you." He explained.

"No other woman will ever take my love away from you...so please, say yes?"
