My brother approaches me. I smirk, "Have a good time skipping school today Zane?" He rolled his eyes, "Yea. But that doesn't matter. You're pale as a ghost what the fuck happened?" I scoff, "Nothing just leave me alone. I don't feel like talking right now-." Zane grabs my arm and examines it, "Why is it bruised? What happened? Even if you don't tell me, I'll figure it out eventually." I tug my arm away and rub it, "It doesn't matter just lay off for a bit please.." I walk past him and go upstairs. I lay in bed and my phone vibrated, "What the-" I grab my phone and look at the message, it said, "Hey I'm coming over. Don't Freak out Its Levi." I was shocked. How did He get my num... Wait- I pull up Angel on my contacts and call her, "Hello Lucas whats up?" I yell, "WHY DID YOU GIVE LEVI MY CONTACT INFO?" She started laughing and said, "Because he wanted to go and see if you're okay is that so bad?" After she said that she hung up.
My heart rate started to increase and before I knew it the door rang. "SHIT" I ran down the stairs quickly and Zane had already answerd the door. "Oi Who's this kid? Is he the one that bruised your arm?" I shake my head, "No he's a friend of mine." Levi blinks and looks at me for help. Zane blocks the doorway, "Zane just let him in, he's fine." Zane moves and glares at Levi and walks away. I grab Levi's arm and I bring him to my room. "Sorry about my brother- He's very overprotective." Levi nods, "It's okay." He looks at my arms and slowly rubs it, "Does it hurt-?" I blush slightly and nod, "Yeah. Thanks.. For helping me out earlier today." Levi smiles gently, "Of course."
Levi reaches into his pocket and pulls out some bandages, "I'll clean and bandage it up for you." I opened the door to the bathroom as Levi followed. Zane Walks upstairs and walks towards us, "What are you two doing." He glares at Levi coldly, "Zane Levi is just bandaging my arm for me that's all." Zane walks away slowly, "Um Lucas why does he not like me haha-?" I sigh, "He's just trying to protect me. That guy that slammed me against the lockers was my Ex. Zane just wants to protect me from another heartbreak. He's always cautious around guys I bring to the house to hangout." Levi lets out a laugh, "Oh man. Sounds like you have a protective brother haha." I roll my eyes and smile, "Yeah I do haha." I started to laugh and Levi finished bandtaging me. He was really red.
Before I knew it, it was time for Levi to leave. I could see the sadness in his eyes as we hugged and said goodbye, "You know you can always text me right?" I smile, "Yeah I definitely will." We waved goodbye and I watched Levi leave. I sigh happily and Zane just glares at me, "You like him.. Huh?"
