Neytiri listened carefully as her sister told her the earlier encounter with Toruk.
"tewti!" Neytiri's ears sprung up at the opening of the conversation.
"I know! It was amazing" the older girl was thankful that she could see her sister this happy,
it made her happy and that's all she needed. "Sounds it"
Lin let out a big sigh and dropped on the floor stifling a laugh.
"Lin! Neytiri!" The older girls attention had been dragged away
from their bracelet making to the small girl who was running up to them
"koi!" Lin smiled opening her arms and letting the small navi jump in them
"hello" Koi'tsey giggled spreading out her legs before wrapping them around Lins waist
"what's up?" Neytiri smirked at the parenting behaviour of her younger sister
before going back to her bracelet "im hiding from jake!"
Lin raised her eyebrows and chuckled
"why?" Koi rolled her eyes and pushed Lins shoulder
"hide and seek, skxawng" Lin scoffed and held koi up by her underarms
"what'd you call me" she began to tickle the youngling
which made koi start yelling and laughing
"s-stop it" lin heard some rustling from the bush but ignored it,
when a sudden gust of wind hit her side and she was laying on the floor
"Jake!" Koi squealed as jake took her from Lin
"Skxawng!" Lin yelled pushing his shoulder
"sorry darling" Neytiri's ears perked up
and she looked up from her bracelet,
and over to her flustered sister
"my bracelet! Ughhh!" Lin tried to ignore
the blush on her face as she realised
when jake jumped on her he broke her unfinished bracelet
"oh-sh-sorry" he noticed her change in emotion and quickly kneeled beside her.
He noticed that when Lin found or did something that she liked and something happened to it,
she got upset and sad, like most people would but for jake it was different seeing Lin upset.
"How about i help make a new one?" all the girls looked at jake and scoffed.
Neytiri rolled her eyes knowing lin would accept his offer,
Lin rolled her eyes because she knew jake couldn't make a simple bracelet
and koi letting out a whine "but jake we're supposed to play!"
Jakes face softened and he stroked the young girls hair
"we are playing, go hid again!" Koi shot up and ran for the hills.
Neytiri laughing at her sudden movement.
"Um im-I'm gonna go find...someone" she quickly excused herself
sending a wink in Lins direction before running off to find Tsu'tey.
"Those girls" Lins smile lingers on her lips
before it fades looking back down to her bracelet
"what was it for?" Jake noticed her gaze on it.
When he asked the question her face stared to heat and she began to sweat
"no one" his sudden boost of confidence led to his hand on her cheek,
pushing her face to look him in the eyes "i said what"
Lins eyes widened and she covers her face with her hands
"hey-look at me" she slowly drops her hands on her lap and stares at him
"well i was, making it for you...but" she gave him a quick shrug
"oh" Lin brings her hands up to his chest and pats him
"it's fine! I can remake it" Jake chuckles at her enthusiasm.
He rests his forehead against hers and sighs
"teach me to make them"
After a long time of lin shouting at jake, he finally started
to get how to make a simple bracelet so when Lin was called by Neytiri
she left him alone, making bracelets.
Lin sits with koi as they both watch the Ikrans fly by.
"What is going on with you and Jake" the young girl asks her sister figure
Who is shocked by the question "what?" Koi'tsey giggles turning around to face Lin
"you and Jake, I can sense you have a connection" Lin sighs and rests her head in her hands
"even if there was, I'm Ment for Tsu'tey..." koi frowns and puts her hand on the older girls shoulder
"i know I'm young and blah blah but I know that's not what you want"
she watches as Lins eyes close shut "it's what my parents want"
Deep down Lin knew what she wanted and she knew what was right.
She knew Jake was right for her and she knew Tsu'tey was right for Neytiri.
"Jakes nice" Koi decided to skip the topic
because she knew it made Lin uncomfortable.
For a young girl she was quite mature.
"He is...he's amazing, first sky person i like"
Lin let out a laugh as she watched koi make a face
"he seems different though, i like him too"
"I'm gald" Lin sighs, tightly holding onto the young girl who is laying on her.
