A LOUD groan left her lips as she rolled over on her side.
Lin lifted herself up, looking down to the empty space next to her,
she decided to get up and look for Jake.
It was still night so she wondered were he was.
She had forgotten about her early encounters with Zuköt.
She need to tell Jake. But first she needed to find him!
"tsmuke?" Lin slung her bow over her shoulder and turned to her sister
She shook her head. Her beaded hair slapping her face as she shook her head.
"Sleep Net" Neytiri turned to her side and smiled, flashing her white fangs.
"My sister where are you going" Lin sighed and DROPPED down to Neytiri
Her hand slowly massaging her sisters back "To find Jake"
A Sad silence filled the air and it made Lin want to cry.
But within seconds Neytiri was back asleep so Lin could go without a single tear falling.
"Sleep well"
Her feet gently caressed the soft grass as she made her way over to the spirit tree.
The only other place she could think Jake would be.
She notices Jake kneeled by the mother tree and she decides to approach him silently.

Lins ears perked up and a frown made it's way to her face.
Her tail hitting her leg whilst she walked up to him.
"Until they've covered the world.Unless we stop them."
Jake took a deep sigh before carrying on. "Look, you chose me for somethin'.
And I'll stand and fight, you know I will. But I could use a little help here."
Jake senses Lin and turns around. He sends her a half smile which she returns.
"Our Great Mother does not take sides. She protects only the balance of life."
She finally walks to him, intertwining her fingers with his. Placing a kiss on his knuckles.
"It was worth a try."
They lean in, foreheads touching, bodies pressed together.
Holding each other like this, the last moment of peace.
It was going to change and they wanted to spend every last second
With each other. Next to and touching.
"I come here to talk to Koi..." Lin whispers, leaning away from her mate
Staring at his new hair, which she liked.
"Do you?" She hums in response before looking up to some woodspirits
"Do you think she's here, with Grace?" Jakes eyes softened and he brought his
hand up to her face, his thumb under her chin to make her look at him.
He put his other hand around her waist and slowly caressed it.
"Yeah, I think they are always watching" She closed her eyes and sighed.
Her hands made their way to her hair, pulling back threw her braids.
Lin slowly opened her eyes to see Jake staring at her, she bit her lip and chuckled.
"What?"
She didn't want to fight.
She didn't want to start a war.
Why couldn't the sky people just leave them alone...
Why did they have to ruin their lives.

"Nothing" Lin shook her head. Pulling away from Jake and standing up.
Her tail wrapped it's self around her thigh and her arms were tightly wrapped around her waist.
"We should get back Jake" His ears twitched and his smile fell.
"What's wrong baby"
Lin knew it wasn't his fault

Kissing him passionately before pulling apart "I promise you Ma'Jake"
Jake smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist again pulling her close.
