"Hey,Gale." Selena smiled at her new boyfriend.
"Hey,Sel !" He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her cheek "Want to go somewhere today ?"
She giggled "Sure.Anywhere with you I would tag along."
Selena was 20 and It had been 8 years since Kane had died.She was able to talk freely to males and have several boyfriends.Around 3 to 4.
"Gale,let's go to camping.Please ?" She made a puppy face.
"Fine." He nodded.
"I'm inviting Takeru,Maria,and Orihime along with their boyfriends.'Kay ?"
He sighed "Aww.I wanted it to be just the two of us.."
"It's okay.We'll still be together.I have to go now.I'm meeting the girls at the Bakery.I'll ask them." Selena grabbed her shoulder bag and walked off to the Bakery.
~At The Bakery~
Selena entered the Cafe and the air was filled with the sweet scent of baked goods.She looked around and saw Takeru,Maria and Orihime sitting at a table with a large window.
"Hey girls !" Selena said as she took a seat beside Takeru.
"Hey Sel !!" Takeru greeted her.
"Gale wanted to know if you guys wanted to come camping with us and your boyfriends."
"I'll ask Ochi(nickname).." Takeru laid back in her chair.
"I'm pretty sure Luhan will go." Maria made a smile.
Orihime looked down at her phone "I'll have to ask Aaron..I'll text him now.."
They waited a few minutes "He said yes." She said with a grin.
"We leave in a week on Tuesday.We'll stay for 2 weeks.Be ready by then." Selena got up from her chair "I need to go to the bathroom.Excuse me."
~A Week Later~
"Sel !" Gale called down from upstairs from their bedroom.(Yes,they are living together)
"What is it ?" Selena came dashing into the room.
"What's this ??It's from a guy named Kane !Who is he ?!" Gale was holding a piece of paper that was addressed to Selena from Kane's funeral.She grabbed it from his hands
"Don't touch that !" She raised her voice a little.
"Sel..?Is there something you need to tell me ?" Gale's face showed a little pain.
Selena felt guilty and apologized "I-i'm sorry Gale..this was a note from..from a very long time ago and it's important to me..this 'guy' you're talking about is..d-dead..He was my first..love.." Her voice shook at the end.
He stood there,not saying a word.Then he wrapped his arms around her stomach and pulled her in for a hug.
"I'm sorry for making you remember all that..stuff." He whispered into her ear.
She gripped onto the note then it fell through her hands and onto the floor.She wrapped her arms around his neck and made the hug tighter "No need to apologize..at least you're here Gale.."
~At the campsite(They already set up all their stuff)~
Selena sat down on a blue fold-up chair and looked around the campsite.4 tents were set up.She was spacing out when Aaron came over to her and grabbed her by the arm "come with me." He said as he tugged her into the forest.
"A-aaron ?!Where do you think you're taking me ?!Let go right now before I call Gale-"
"He won't come for you."
"Eh..?"
"He won't come for you because.." He ruffled through a bunch of leaves and branches and Selena saw Gale in a tux in front of a huge tree.The tree was covered in white confetti and white balloons,red roses,and white roses.There were white chairs with guests seated.Takeru,Maria,Orihime,and their dates were seated beside the huge tree.
"W-what's..happening..??"
"Selena." Gale walked over to her and kneeled down on one knee.He put his head down and lifted one arm up with a little box in his hand "will you marry me ?" He opened the little box and there was a golden ring.
"G-gale.." Selena wasn't sure.She liked him a lot,but,there was still a piece of Kane left in her.She knew she had to reject him and tell him she won't accept any marrige proposals until her feelings for Kane were completely gone "Gale i'm sorry but-"
"I know.I know you still have affections for this 'Kane' guy but you need to remember,he's gone.."
"I know but-"
"And if you still got feelings left for him,i'll erase them !I'll erase them completely !Please,my feelings for you are strong..so please don't reject me.."
Selena sighed "Gale..it's all cute and all but..i can't.I'll just end up hurting you."
"I don't care.Hurt me,beat me,I don't care what you do,just..be with me."
Her eyes filled with tears then she placed her fingers on his hand "I do.." She said as she smiled and the tears slid down her pink cheeks.
The Ceremony was held at the campsite where Gale proposed.Selena grew up with 3 amazing children,2 boys and 1 girl,Mya.One boy was the oldest,Hunter, whereas the other boy,Kane(She named him after..) was the youngest.Her husband died at the age of 43 because of a heart attack and Selena died at the age of 58 because of cancer.
