They birthday was in 2 weeks and I needed to start planning.
"Oh for they Birthday, whatchu have in mind"?
"Jewelry, clothes"?
"I don't know, that's why I'm here".
"You know them better than me so I need ideas".
I went to the kitchen and straight to pot of rotel dip on the stove.
"Aht aht, go wash yo hands".

"But anyway, she don't really ask for much, she just doin what she do to get these kids by".

"Only thing I can think of is college".

"Yeah, she wanna go to college but she can't take care of them and pay for college".
"Even wit her saving up she still won't have enough by the time she graduate".

I don't know why that made me smile.
I could pay for her college tuition when the time comes but I still need something for right now.

Jay said comin in my room unannounced.

I looked at him confused before speaking.
"What is talkin about Jay, I'm tryna do my work".

"Nothin, I'm just planning on celebrating for Ren".

I ain't want to the basic princess themed birthday party, but I still wanted it kid friendly.
She like to help me bake so I could incorporate that somewhere.
"You think she would like a bakery themed party"?
"We could have a station where they can decorate they own lil personal cakes and cupcakes".
