Ruby rushed to where Tenma was. He was hanging out with his friends. Dohko smiled her way. He tapped Tenma's shoulder and then walked away alongside the other three members of the team. Ruby saw them walk up to Ozpin and then be led away by the headmaster, it was weird, but not unheard of, they were probably asking about their lodgings or something.

Ruby quickly caught up to Tenma.  "Could've told me you were gonna study here,!" she told him, crossing her arms. Tenma scratched the back of his head and chuckled.

"My bad, we didn't know until recently too." Ruby studied his face, more specifically his eyes. They weren't sharp, nor were they silver. Tenma seemed to notice, he blinked and grinned, "you ok there Ruby?"

Gin in her dream looked exactly like him, the only difference was his eyes, she wondered what her dream meant. Maybe it was a sign. "Tenma, do you know who the guy in black armor is?" Tenma looked at his friends, they shot a glance at him and he looked back at her.

"No?" it sounded more like a question than anything. It was suspicious. Ruby narrowed her eyes, waiting for a real answer.

"Will you be participating in the Vytal festival?" Ruby was curious. If they joined wouldn't the tournament have an odd number of participants? Would they change it into a battle royal?

"Ruby! That's!" Yang's voice hitched, and Ruby stopped her sister from jumping at Tenma before she committed the exact same mistake as her.

"I'll stop you right there Yang... that's not Gin."

"But he looks --"

"Coincidence."

"It could be his --"

"Nope, they just look alike."

She wondered if this was what Tenma felt answering the questions. It was a strange feeling of knowing the following questions. Ruby looked at Tenma and then at Yang, she looked down, she probably felt just like Ruby had. It was a sudden feeling of hope, crushed by reality.

"GIN!" Weiss' scream made Ruby sigh, yet another person she would have to break the news to. She stopped Weiss from running toward the Gin-clone that was Tenma and explained the circumstances.

"... So you two just..."

"Yeah, we look a lot alike." Tenma chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "We were mistaken for twins a lot in the sanctuary."

"The sanctuary. Professor Ozpin brought that up. What exactly is the sanctuary?" Weiss asked. Tenma paid more attention to a faunus that stood at the back of the auditorium.

"... You're acting like you've never seen a Faunus before." Blake crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes.

"I haven't. Men with animal parts are hailed a lot of times in high regard... other times not so much. That guy over there for example." Tenma pointed at an upper-class man with goat legs. "Where we come from. Men with goat legs and horns are called Satyrs. They are hailed as nature spirits. They have a lot of connections with the great god of the Wild and folk music. There is a negative stigma about them, but lady Athena says it's mostly fake."

Blake blinked in surprise. "That's... an interesting story. There are a lot of Mythologies around the world that view the Faunus' origin as spirits of nature, but I've never heard about the god of wild and folk music. When professor Ozpin said traditional he wasn't joking. That's a belief that can be traced thousands of years back."

"Thousands?!... Don't tell me you've never seen a car before?" Weiss asked jokingly. Tenma chuckled and scratched the back of his head.

"You mean the weird metal boxes that move around right?" Ruby's eyes widened, "before coming here we'd never seen them. We saints aren't even allowed to use carriages -- and that's what we were used to."
