( Republic of China ) China POV:

" Stop being goddamn sanctimonious! " I said, it was another one of my arguments with Communist China, I swear, she always thinks she's above it all, that's why I just can't work with her!

Communist China seemed to grow madder at my response, " No! You listen, to me! " She said, as if she bossed me around, it made me more furious.

I couldn't control myself, I slapped her.

Her expression immediately turned blank, then grew enraged, " Did you just- " I interrupted her, " Yes, I did. " I said, trying to read her expression once more.

" I hate you! " She said, storming out, I sighed, why did we have to always fight? My thoughts were interrupted by the slam of the door, I hope she wasn't going to go do something stupid or outrageous, I took a seat at our table.

I tried to calm myself down, but I couldn't help but be mad at her, afterall, she was being sanctimonious! She always put her needs before anyone else's and-

I interrupted my thoughts, trying to not become more furious at all, I thought of the days of Qing China, with the boxer revolution, and all.

It was sad, how during the first Sino - Japanese war, the damned allies took advantaged of a weakened me and set up colonies.

And don't even get me started on Britain-

Suddenly, I heard the door burst open, and Communist China came in with a bag of some sorts, she started shoving her things into the bag and I realized what she was doing.

" What are you doing? You can't leave!- "

" No, " She said, an angry expression on her face, " I'm not gonna be- " she looked me up and down " -with a damned passive! You don't even bother trying to resist the Japanese rule, as if you want to be ruled by the Japanese! " I couldn't process what accusations she had just thrown at me.

I clenched my fist, " Who said I was being passive! I'm just trying to save the both of us! " I said, " I'd rather be under Japanese rule than risk one of us dying! " I shouted, she finally had finished packing her things then headed to the door, and stopped near the doorframe.

" Well I guess we both have different goals then. " She said, before leaving.

I wanted to chase after her, I didn't realize how much I needed her, to have a shoulder to lean on, but now- I felt like the villain?

I slouched against the wall and buried my head, trying to think of what my next moves would be, without her, I would be alone, against the Japanese, against practically, the world.
