ANOTHER REALLY FUCKING LONG ONE

The Next Day

Chris's POV

I sighed and opened my eyes. I had been laying in bed for, honestly, probably hours because I can't go back to sleep. I had a hard time falling asleep for the first time, and now, I can't go back to sleep. But, it was probably around 8, so I should start getting up. I sat up and stretched. "You're awake." A familiar voice called. I jumped and frantically looked around the room. It was Joey by my dresser.

"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you, Chris." He said. "What are you doing here?" I asked. I think I could see them smile through his mask. "Corey invited you for breakfast." He said. "You're kidding." I said. He dropped the smile and shook his head. "He said we got off on the wrong foot, which we did! So-so we should go have breakfast! You're gonna be living with us anyway." He said.

"Living with you? You're living with us. This is our house." I said. He laughed a bit. "How long do you think we've been here?" He said. I paused. "Years. Too many for me to count, in fact, I honestly think I forget." He said. "But didn't Clown tell Lily that he was like 20 something?" I asked. He laughed again. "Oh no no no no no...that's when he transitioned!" He replied. I froze.

"How old is he?" "Good question! No one really knows!" He said. I immediately got goosebumps. "But seriously, cmon! We really want you to eat with us, we wanna get to know you." He said. "I'm good." He frowned. "Please? Don't worry about your family, we'll make sure they don't bother you." He said. I didn't respond. "How do I know this ain't some trick for you to "transition" me into whatever the hell you are?" I asked.

He kept frowning. "That's really rude, to accuse us of such a thing." He said. "You guys tried to kill me!" I said. He paused. "Ok, good point..but still." He said. "Just..it's not a trick, I swear." He said. I sighed. "I just woke up man, it's too early for this bullshit!" I said. He didn't say anything.

"No Clown, leave him be." He said looking at something behind me. I whipped around and saw the Clown behind me. He immediately retreated his arms away from my head and put them behind his back. He cleared his throat. "Good morning." He said. I didn't say anything back. "Great job Shawn! Jesus Christ.." Joey mumbled. "Sorry.." Clown muttered.

Joey sighed. "So..can you please come eat with us?" He asked. I was already shaking as he spoke. "Why should I?" "So we can get to know you better. Maybe, if you like us a bit more, you'll wanna..y'know..transition." He said. I didn't say anything again. I looked back at the Clown who was softly kicking his leg back and forth.

"You should, y'know." The Clown said, probably sensing that I was looking at him. I sighed and really thought if I wanted to. "And if you don't we'll probably just kidnap you so you wou-." "OK CLOWN!" Joey cut Clown off by screaming. Then, Joey smiled. "H-he's just jokin'..RIGHT CLOWN?" He asked. Clown was silent, but then nodded. Joey sighed again.

"So, will you?" Joey asked. I didn't respond, but I looked down at the bed. "Can I get dressed?" I asked. Joey and Clown nodded. "Just call us when you're done!" Joey said. I started to think, I could just go to Dad or to Mom so that they couldn't just appear.. Joey disappeared, but Clown didn't. I looked at him confused. "I wouldn't try and run to your family when we're gone." He spat. I froze.

"Confused? Yea. I know more than you think I do." He growled. "H-How did you.." "Mind reading~" He said in a deeper voice. I started shaking more. "I'll see you when you're done." He said. I hesitantly nodded. Soon, he disappeared too. I sighed. I knew I wasn't getting out of this, so I got out of bed and headed to my closet to pick out some clothes.
