Chapter Seventeen

Once I arrive at my office I'm greeted by a guilty looking Sophia. We haven't spoke since Javi's house. I give her a reassureing smile.
"Soph quit feeling guilty I am not going to lie and say that I wasn't extremely upset. All is forgiven with you and Drew."
"Really?" She exclaims with a shocked look on her face.
"Yes Soph all is forgiven."
"Oh thank god I thought I was going to have to do a whole lot of grovelling."
"Well just for that you owe me Coffee for a week." I chuckled out.
"Fair enough. So are you going to tell me why we are so easliy off the hook?"
"Well he showed up at my house yesterday."
"He who?"
"Silviano did trying to explain what happened. While he was grovelling trying to talk to me I wasn't having it until Diablo showed up while he was there. Turns out they ar brothers."
"You have to be shitting me. Tell me everything I need to know." Sophia exclaimed
So thats what I did I gave her every detail from yesterday from them being brothers, the crazy ex, him being cheated on, to working out him being able to see Teo, and about mine and Elias's spicy evening in bed. To see the expressioin of pure shock on her face was great.
"If you keep your mouth open like that longer you'll catch flies." I say as I let out a chuckle she shakes out of her trance.
"Now what do I have on my schedule today?" I asked
"You have have a couple houses walk throughs with the Mendozas, at 11, then there is Kyle Craster who is wanting to sale his house so you'll be needing to meet him at said house at 1 for a walkthrough and photos, and Lastly you have a meeting with a new client looking to buy at 2:30."
"Uhg. Okay do you think you can pick up Teo today for me since I won't be off till about 4:00?"
"I'm sorry Luci but I have a doctor appointment at 3."
"Damn ok. I'm gonna call Silviano to see if he can pick him up."
I pick up my phone looking up Silviano's number once I have gotten to it I click his number hearing it ring. I sat listening to it ring right when I think he isn't going to pick up he answers.

S:Hello.
L:Silviano thank god for you answered  I did't think you were going to.
S: *Chuckles* What's going on Luci everything okay with Matteo?
L: Everything is fine. I know that today is tuesday and it isn't a scheduled day. But do you think you could pick him up and hang with him a bit. Usually Soph does pick ups when I am going to be running late but she isn't free to do-"
S: Luci it's fine I can get him. It would be nice to see little man.
L:Thank you I appreciate it.
S: There is no need to thank me Luc.
L: Okay. Well I have to go see you guys around 4.
S: Bye Luc.

I end the call then quickly head out to meet me first set of clients. By the time my last meeting of the day was wrapping up I'm exhausted and couldn't wait to get home to my baby. The last. When I looked at the clock it was already 4. I let out a sigh I won't be home till about 5 I think I'll pick some chinese up cause I don't feel like cooking dinner. I finished locking up my office I pulled my phone out of my purse calling my favorite chinese place placing my takeout order as I headed to my car. When I reached my car and finally got in I got this sicking feeling that i was being watched. I locked my doors while going to start my which wont start. I reach for my phone to call Silviano to let him know I'm going to be a little late cause of the car. Then I dial Elias to see if he's able to come pick me up or help me.

PHONE CONVO WITH ELIAS

L: Hey Babe are you busy
E: No I am not baby girl. What's going on?
L: Well I just got off work and my car won't start so I was wondering if you could pick me up or come help me with it.\
E: What do you mean it won't start. Your car shouldn't be having any problems at all we just got everything checked and fluids topped off.
L: I mean it won't start. I know that Eli thats why I'm calling you cause it feels weird just sitting here in a car that won't start out of no where when it shouldn't be having this issue.
E: Luci whatever you do just stay in the car with the doors locked I'm on my way.
L: Okay I will be he- *Glass shattering* AHHHHHHHH!
E: LUCIIIII!! LUCIANA WHAT IS GOING ON? COME ON LUCI TALK TO ME!
L: *grunts and groans*
E: BABY GIRL TALK TO ME. LUCI! LUCIANA!!!
L: Eli.
E: FUCK LUCI PLEASE ANSWER ME.

I was sitting in my office just finishing up my paperwork when my phone started ringing when I looked at my cell it was my girl so I answered.

PHONE CONVO

"Hey Babe are you busy"
"No I am not baby girl. What's going on?"
"Well I just got off work and my car won't start so I was wondering if you could pick me up or come help me with it."
I shook my head cause her car shouldn't be having any problems.
"What do you mean it won't start. Your car shouldn't be having any problems at all we just got everything checked and fluids topped off." I say as I grab my car keys
"I mean it won't start. I know that Eli thats why I'm calling you cause it feels weird just sitting here in a car that won't start out of no where when it shouldn't be having this issue."
I start having a bad feeling about this. "Luci whatever you do just stay in the car with the doors locked I'm on my way.
"Okay I will be he- *Glass shattering* AHHHHHHHH!"
"LUCIIIII!! LUCIANA WHAT IS GOING ON? COME ON LUCI TALK TO ME!" I yell into the phone as I run to my car.
All I hear from her end is her grunts and groans.
"BABY GIRL TALK TO ME. LUCI! LUCIANA!!!"
"Eli" I hear her barely rasp out.
"FUCK LUCI PLEASE ANSWER ME." I reached my car starting it and throwing it into reverse before I can say anything else her phone clicks off
*CLICK*

FUCK!!! I Bang my fist against the steering wheel. I instantly call some of my men telling me to meet me at said location of Luciana's office.
Shortly after I hang up with my men I pulled up to Luciana's office. The site infront of me is not good at all.
