Comrades or More?

Chapter 3

Awhile later i woke up to the boat bumping against a rock.. and heizou was gone.. Childe was asleep and i was still tied up. I tried to wake him up but heizou had put a gag in my mouth while i was asleep.. i attempted to kick his foot or something but that was rather difficult as I couldn't move just one leg. I tried one final time to kick him, and the next thing i knew i was on the floor. My arm started to hurt, but at least now i can kick his foot easily. I kicked his foot and he finally woke up.

"H-huh..? Scara? Why are you on the floor..? And where are we..? Where's heizou?!" Childe asked without giving me a chance to answer, even if i could. I rolled my eyes at him and just stared at him. "Oh.. right." He untied the gag so i could at least talk while he untied my hands.

"I dont know where heizou went.. but i think we are close to liyue harbor, just based on the ships over there." I just sat and watched the ships as he struggled to untie the knots.

"This guy is good at tying knots.." Childe said as he tried to focus more on where weak points might be. "I might need a knife to get these off.." he looked at his boot for his knife. "But it looks like heizou took mine.."

"Yeah.. and he almost sliced my neck open with it" i chuckled a bit.

"Glad you think this is funny.. id go find him myself if I didn't have to make sure you got back safely too.." Childe started looking around for any type of sharp object. " i dont see anything we can use to cut these off.. we might have to go into town and buy a new knife.."

"How am i supposed to get to the town like this?!" I looked up at him confused.

Childe sat infront of me, pondering ideas, "no.. that's not safe.." he whispered to himself.

"What's not safe..?" I questioned.

"Nothing, it wouldn't work anyways" he continued to think. "Maybe i could carry you..? Like i did with heizou?" He looked at me waiting for a response.

"Heizou was knocked out.. that would be humiliating.."

"Want me to knock you out then?" He asked sarcastically.

"W-what? No!" I stared at him kinda scared.

"I'm kidding, calm down" he chuckled to himself. "But how are we going to get to the town?"

"I.. dont know.." i bit my lip a little bit while trying to think.

"I say i just carry you, it'll be faster than thinking of some other plan." Childe just sat there with an expressionless face.

"Yeah yeah, fine.. just not over your sh-" before i could finish my sentence Childe had already thrown me over his shoulder and was getting out of the boat. "Hey! I said not over your shoulder!"

"How else do you expect me to carry you? Like a princess? That can be arranged" he laughed a little bit.

"N-no! But this is humiliating.." i said kind of irritated.

"I know, and that's why its funny" Childe continued to walk to liyue.

"It probably looks like you're kidnapping me, you know.."

"So? I'm not, plus no one here cares, they think I'm one of the good guys."

"Yeah yeah.. whatever.."

Not much later we entered the town. "They have a weapon shop over there" Childe pointed out. "They probably have a knife we could buy"

"Alright, hurry up, i wanna get down.."

"Dont like being tall?" Childe asked

"I'm no taller than i usually am, I'm just tired of looking at your back.. and I'm getting dizzy from being upside down."
