"Well, what are you waiting for? Go get her!" Moxy whispered as well.
I was still shocked about this then I shook my head so I can snap out of it.
"Ok, change of plan, let's pretend that we were just passing by then talk to them. You guys know the rest" I explained.
They both nodded then we got out of our hiding spot. And just like we'd planned, we walked towards them until they noticed us.
"Hey there, you guys!" Nolan waved at us.
Perfect
"Oh, hey there, Nolan," I said.
Then I looked at Mandy.
"Mandy," I said, rather gently.
She looked at me.
Moxy and Ox are behind me.
"H-hi, Lou..." she said.
I looked to my side where Ox was and he winked at me. Signaling me to go and talk to Mandy. I nodded then I walked up to her.
"Uh, Nolan, if you don't mind, Lou is borrowing Mandy for a moment," Ox said.
"Oh, ok" he just smiled.
"So, how are you?" Moxy asked.
As they were talking, I grabbed Mandy's wrist and gently pull her away to the side. Once I knew we were alone, I let her go.
"I-i hope you don't mind," I said, scratching the back of my head.
"O-oh, it's fine..." she smiled awkwardly.
We looked away from each other and were silent for a moment.
"Lou/Mandy, there's something I need to tell you," we said in unison.
"Uh, sorry, you first," she said.
"No, you," I said.
"Please, I insist," she said.
I sighed.
Ok, it's now or never...
"Mandy, the past few months were really fun and exciting for me. Especially when you were in it"
She looked at me and listens attentively.
"And I don't know why but for some reason, my heart beats faster whenever I see you," I said, getting nervous.
"And to be honest, no one has ever made me feel this way before and I can't stop thinking about you..." I continued.
Mandy looked shocked but she still listens.
"And when I'm with you, I always wished that those moments will last forever like the ones that we had yesterday at the training area"
This is it, time to tell her...
"What I'm trying to say is...
"I love you," we said at the same time.
I looked at her.
"I feel the same, Lou" she smiled.
"And believe me, I've been thinking the same thing whenever I'm with you. And I honestly don't know either how that happened, I just know that I love you-" I cut her off with a kiss.
I pulled away. She looked shocked at first but she smiled.
"I love you, Mandy"
"I love you too, Lou"
Then we shared another kiss.
