This is the continuation from where the man says that it was Pallavi Deshmukh who sent him the photos, from Episode 56

------------------

Raghav dragged the man to his toes and slapped him so hard that for a moment Farhad feared that the poor sod's neck has snapped to a side. But his Boss seemed intent on making the sobbing guy's cheek his personal percussion instrument.

"Lie! You are lying! Tell me who sent you the photos. Now! Or else I'll make sure they don't even find your corpse."

"S..sir.. sir.. sir.. I..I a..m am.. not lying Sir. W..oh Pallavi.. Deshm..."

"Shut the fuck up! Mereko bewakoof samjha hain! Haan? Gadha dikta hain main tumko? Raghav Rao hain main! Tum jaisa luchhad do kaudi ka criminal kuch nhi hain mere saamne."

Raghav threw the man back on the road and pointed his gun straight at his bloodless face. His face had set in stone now. Farhad knew that look. It was the look of a cold hearted killer. Raghav had two personas entwined in himself - the hot tempered inferno which once let loose can destroy civilizations in a swipe and the icy cold veneer which he usually adopted when he wanted the other person to realise that his face will be the last they'll see before leaving in a coffin.... if they are lucky... or a bucket if they are not.

As expected the man almost wet himself, snivelling and snorting, begging and pleading.

"Sir.. sir.. please.. mujhe mat maro... maine toh bass unke kehne pe kiya... please.. main..e.. please.. main s...sa..ch sa...ch bol raha... hun..."

Raghav cocked the gun and the slight sound of the barrel locking into place resounded like the bullet being fired in itself around the surroundings.

"Last chance. Ippuḍu nijaṁ!"

The man started hyperventilating and Raghav almost pressed the trigger when he burst out.

"No! No! Don't shoot! I am telling.. I... am telling everything... please."

Raghav cocked an eyebrow and Farhad raised the man from the ground by the collar and held him in position so that he couldn't run.

"I..t it was a lady named..Sulochana Deshmukh..She gave me a lot of money to mislead.. you.. along with the photos."

Raghav and Farhad looked at each other then, mirroring each other's expression of utter disbelief and a keen sense of disgust.

"Get this idiot to the station Farhad and call the Inspector to Deshmukh Nivas."

"Ji Anna.. magar aap kuch karne walein hain kya?"

Raghav crossed his arms across his chest, his mind working a mile a minute and then a slow predatory smirk graced his face. It was the smile which had chilled many a hardened criminal before.

"Bohot udta hain naa woh Sulochana Deshmukh? Abh dekh, main uss ghatiya aurat ka aisa haal karega ki hawa mein udna toh dur, zameen mein naak ragadne tak ka aukaat nhi bachega. Iss gunah ka saza bohot mehenga padega tumko Bada Bindi. Ippuḍu, nēnu mīku ēmi cēstānō vēci uṇḍaṇḍi."

Farhad would lie if he said he didn't feel a slight shiver running down his spine. But he couldn't bring himself to pray for that disgusting woman.
