Third POV

It had been two years since Jin went off and got enlisted. During this time, the members talked to Jin on the phone. They visited him and he'd sometimes make comments on Weverse or have something posted on Instagram. Jin even planned monthly videos for ARMY while he was gone. While everyone missed Jin, the members soon adapted and became accustomed to the new way of life. After Jin enlisted and the whole situation with Jungkook, the rest of the members decided it may be best to enlist closely together in near pairs.

Hoseok enlisted first after releasing Jack in the Box, performing at MAMA 2022, releasing his Disney+ documentary on Jack in the Box, releasing his song with his dream idol, J Cole, and becoming a brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton.

Namjoon followed Hoseok soon afterwards once he was done releasing his album, a few collaborations, being a brand ambassador for Bottega Veneta, and other side projects.

Jimin and Yoongi left around the same time. Jimin left first. He released his solo album, performed at Music Bank and Jimmy Fallon, and had an interview on Jimmy Fallon. Not to mention, became a brand ambassador for Dior and Tiffany & Co before he announced his enlistment.

Yoongi went after Jimin. Yoongi debuted his talk show, Suchwita, went on tour, released his album and Disney+ documentary, D-Day, became a brand ambassador for Valentino, did a performance and interview on Jimmy Fallon, did numerous TikToks, and collaborated with a few artists before enlisting himself.

The two maknaes of the group enlisted last as they had the most solo projects planned out of all the members; therefore, needing more time to pursue their projects. Taehyung went first. He released a few shows to further progress his acting career, went on variety shows, released a solo album, went to fashion shows, and became an ambassador for Celine; meanwhile, Jungkook was last. He was majorly active on Weverse Live, released a solo album, did a little work on Jimin's album, collaborated with other artists, and became a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein before he enlisted.

And then... every member of BTS were enlisted all together for a few months. Of course, throughout the entire the enlistment process (from beginning to end), the members were able to talk to their fellow members who enlisted. Every member made sure to keep ARMY updated as much as they could for any member. That was until every member was enlisted; then, the company and their fellow label friends managed all the updates. The members were able to see each other while in the military, all though, it was for short periods of time.

Jin, of course, was the first member who returned. When Jin came back, he did a few solo projects since he wasn't able to do much before leaving. Excitedly, he greeted the eager ARMY who were waiting for the official announcement that the oldest returned.

"ARMYYYYYYY!" was all he said on Weverse, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. And like he was expecting, the fans went absolutely nuts. He was absolutely ecstatic to be back and had a lot planned since he wasn't able to do any solo projects. Some of the projects included more collabs with Coldplay.

Slowly but surely, all the members began returning home from their enlistments. All the members made sure to celebrate each member's return. Even though Taehyung and Jungkook went around the same time, they came back at separate times as Jungkook's area went a little bit longer than Taehyung's area. It was only a six month difference. Regardless, everyone was super excited to their maknae.
