"Todoroki are you all right?!" Ida asked with concern as he stepped out of the bathroom.
"I am fine now. Thank you." Todoroki gave him a small bow.
"Was someone in there with you?" Uraraka asked. "We heard you talking to someone."
"I received an urgent phone call from my father I had to answer." He responded.
"Is everything all right?" Midoriya asked with concern.
"Yes. He just wanted to know the next time I planned on stopping by the house. He had a few things he wanted to ask me."
"Oh, so I can't be myself around them, but you're allowed to lie to them. Yes, that's much better."
They all got back in line and ordered their food. "What happened to the hamburger steak?" Tsu asked as he set down his tray of cold soba.
"I changed my mind." He quietly broke apart his chopsticks and began eating.
They all shared a look. It seems that the Todoroki from this morning was gone, and the original had returned.

Classes resumed, and it seemed that Todoroki was back to normal although no one knew what had happened to him. Once school was done for the day, they all began heading back to the dorms.
"Hey Todoroki," Ojiro walked up to him. "We were all planning on studying for the test tomorrow in the common room after dinner. Would you like to join us?"
"Say yes. This is an opportunity to make friends."
"I'm sorry, I'll have to decline." He replied. "I usually do better studying on my own."
"I hate you so much."
"That's ok. Just thought I'd ask." He went back to talking with Koda and Shoji.
"Come on! That would have been the perfect opportunity to get to know them better!"
"Shut up..." he whispered under his breath. After that, he headed back up to his room.
As soon as they were alone, Shoto let him have it. "Look, I know you apparently hate people, and want to be alone for the rest of your life, but I don't!"
"We need to talk," Todoroki growled and through his bag onto their bed. "What you did today was reckless! You cannot simply take over like that, and start acting differently around everyone! None of them knew what was going on, and they were confused!"
"So?! Big deal!" Shoto retorted, "Do you know, that is the longest time, I've gotten to be in control? Ever! We have been doing this since we were 5 Todoroki! You never let me out! So yeah, I'm sorry I'm making us actually talk to people, but things are going to change."
"Do you want to become a hero or not?!" he yelled back. "No one is going to trust a hero who is constantly talking to himself!"
"I'm not saying I'm going to take over in the middle of a battle! I'm not stupid! I just don't see what the big deal is if you take some fights, and I take some fights. Let me help you!"
"I don't need your help."
"I think you do. So I'm sorry Todo, but this is for us."
"Wait! What are you doing..." Todoroki felt a strong push as he was shoved out of the way. Shoto's control was so strong, that it caused Todoroki to black out.
"Cool!" Shoto smiled, "Now, time to go make some friends..."
