"Um... I've never seen a Disney movie?" He subconsciously rubbed the back of his neck. "Sorry..."
"No need to apologize." Midoriya gave him a small pat on the shoulder. "We were just surprised, that's all."
"My family... we never really... spent time together, growing up." He glanced down at the floor. "So I haven't seen very many movies."
"Well, we're going to fix that!" Kirishima stated proudly.
Kaminari started sparking with excitement, "Let's start a weekly movie club so we can get Todoroki cultured! We can do it every Friday!"
"Isn't today Monday?" Shoji deadpanned.
Kaminari waved him off, "Details!"
"That sounds like a lot of fun." Mina grinned.
"Bonding with your fellow students is proven to increase cooperation in the classroom." Ida chopped.
"How about you Todoroki?" Midoriya looked up at him, "Does that sound good to you?"
"Yeah..." he grinned and tried to keep himself from getting emotional. "That sounds great! And... you all can call me Shoto..."
They all looked at him in surprise, "Are you sure?"
He shrugged self-consciously, "Yeah I... I figured we had known each other long enough. And... you know... if we wanted to be friends... but you don't have to if you don't want to..."
Midoriya put a hand on his shoulder, "We'd love to. Shoto. And you can call me Izuku."
"Ochaco."
"Momo."
"Tanya."
"Still just Tsu."
"Denki"
And they continued down the row.
"Call me anything other than Bakugo, and I will murder you Half and Half."
Once they were finishing introducing themselves, Sero got the movie set up, while Koda and Sato brought in snacks. Once everyone had gotten food and drinks, they all managed to pile themselves onto the couch in front of the tv. (Except for Bakugo who insisted on having his own chair.)
After some fierce debate as to which Disney movie should be Shoto's first, they decided on the Lion King. It had a bit for everyone. Romance for Aoyama, good music for Jiro, comedy for Kaminari, blood for Mina?
Shoto found himself wedged in between Izuku and Tenya. He thought it was cute when he glanced over at Izuku and saw him animatedly talking with Ochaco about the movie. It was so obvious the two liked each other, they just hadn't gotten the courage up to say anything.
He continued smiling to himself. As the movie played, he began to find himself starting to become very tired, but he was having too much fun to care.
"Noooo..."
Midoriya smiled at him sympathetically, "Yeah, poor Mufasa."
"Why are you all not upset?!" He was full-on crying watching Simba trying to wake up his father.
They all chuckled, "We've all already seen this movie a thousand times, so we knew what was going to happen."
"But it's still so sad!!!"
It was kind of funny seeing this overly emotional side of Shoto, but they were beginning to become concerned.
"Shoto, are you feeling all right?" Ochaco stood up and put her hand against his forehead. "You're really warm, but that could just be because of your quirk."
"I'm fine. I promise." He smiled at her. "I'm just, trying not to bottle up my emotions as much anymore."
"I'm glad." She gave him a smile before sitting back down.
"Yeah, we like this new Todoroki." Jiro encouraged.
"We should call him, 'TodoBROki'!" Kaminari suggested.
Ojiro sighed, "That sounds stupid."
"I'm telling you!" He continued, "Todobroki! It's going to catch on!"
They all ignored him and turned their focus back to the movie.

Shoto fell asleep at some point, but briefly woke up when Midoriya shifted next to him. He watched as Izuku got up and turned the tv off. It looked like everyone else was asleep as well. Shoto himself was laying on top of Tenya, using his shoulder as a pillow.
"Izuku...?" He asked quietly.
"Shoto! I'm sorry I woke you up!" He quietly got back into his spot between him and Uraraka.
"It's ok." He sat up a bit, "I just... I wanted to say thanks... for what you said at the Sports Festival. It's helped me more than you know."
"I'm glad!" He smiled.
"Thank you..." he suddenly wrapped him in a hug. "For helping me. And... for being my first friend..."
"Any time..." Izuku hugged him back, and they both drifted off to sleep.
