"Why are all the lights off?"
"Surprise!" the lights suddenly flipped on, and their classmates were all standing around the table, which had been filled with many different types of cold soba, and other fun foods.
"Um... what?" his brain began to short circuit.
"We knew you were talking to Mr. Aizawa and All Might today, so we thought you might need a pick me up afterward," Midoriya said with a smile.
"You guys..." they started tearing up. "We don't deserve you all..."
"We?" Aoyama asked out of curiosity.
"There's something I... we haven't been honest about." They all watched them intently. "My name is Todoroki." They waved their right hand.
"And my name is Shoto." They waved their left.
"We, actually have two personalities in one body."
"Todo is the cold, and calculating one."
"While Sho is more emotional. You've only met him recently. We're sorry for not telling you sooner. And we understand if you no longer wish to be friends with us."
Everyone remained quiet for a moment as they processed this new information.
"Todo and Sho. You guys have little nicknames for each other! That's so cute!!!" Mina squealed.
"I was thinking the same thing!" Hagakure agreed.
"So does Shoto always control your flame side, and Todoroki controls the ice, or can you switch?" Izuku already had his notebook out and was taking notes.
"Is having two personalities a part of your quirk?" Yaoyorozu asked.
"No, it's uh, actually a mental health condition. It's called Dissociative Identity Disorder."
"Is that like Split Personality Disorder?" Sero asked.
"They're the same thing, but the preferred term is dissociative identity disorder."
"Oh, I'm sorry." He quickly apologized.
"It's all right. I know it's a lot to take in."
Mineta tapped his chin in contemplation, "So when your masterba-"
Bakugo punched him in the face. "Do not finish that sentence, or I will blow your face in."
"You all seem to be taking this pretty well."
"You're still you." Midoriya smiled. "We all love you, no matter how many of you there are."
"Shut up. Now you're going to make me start crying again..."
"What should we call you?" Shoji asked.
"Yeah, we need to have a way to tell who is who." Kaminari agreed.
"Um..."
"I have an idea..." Yaoyorozu walked over and pulled two bracelets out of her arm. "Red for Shoto, and blue for Todoroki." She slipped them onto their wrists. "Whoever is talking at that moment, can raise the corresponding hand. In time, we will probably be able to tell the difference once we talk to you both enough. But that should help us for a while."
"This is great!" Shoto raised their left hand.
"Thank you." Todoroki raised their right.
"Hey guys, let's eat this soba before it gets even colder!" Uraraka joked.
They all sat down and began animatedly chatting with Shoto and Todoroki. They were happy to answer all of their questions. After dinner, they went and settled down for a movie.
As it was running in the background, they looked over at Izuku next to them.
"Thank you Izuku. For everything."
He smiled, "Who am I talking to right now?"
They held up both of their hands.
Izuku smiled even brighter. "You're welcome. Shoto Todoroki..."
The End.
(A/N - Well, that's it. Thank you so much for reading. It means a lot. I hope you all enjoyed it. Remember, go beyond, plus ultra!)
