"How many are there?" Aizawa asked gently and tapped his forehead.

"Just two," Todoroki responded.

"Any more, and it'd get a bit crowded in here." He gave a small smile, which Aizawa returned.

"Dissociative Identity Disorder..." Recovery Girl realized, "You have two personalities." They nodded.

"Do you each have separate names?" Principal Nezu asked.

"I'm Shoto."

"And I am Todoroki."

"Easy enough to remember." All Might chuckled.

"How long have you been like this?" Aizawa asked.

"Since we got our scar."

"So since you were five?" All Might asked.

They stiffened, "How did you know that?"

"Midoriya told us. Calm down," Aizawa could see the panic raising on their face. "He didn't want to, but we forced it out of him. He decided that he was more concerned about your well-being than keeping the secret of your abusive childhood."

They flinched at the word abuse. "Did he tell you about our father...?"

"Yes," Aizawa confirmed.

"And we will be dealing with him." Principal Nezu assured. "You will never have to see him again, and he will be charged for his crimes."

"Th-thank you..." he began tearing up.

Recovery Girl took a seat next to him and wrapped him in a hug. "It's ok... let it out..."

After a few minutes of crying, they finally got a hold of themselves enough to continue answering questions.

"Up until recently, you didn't show any sign of having two personalities." All Might commented. "What happened?"

"Midoriya." They smiled.

"At the Sports Festival, he encouraged us to embrace our fire side. When Todo did that, I became strong enough to take control every once and a while."

"Shoto represents our fire side, and I'm ice. He's more emotional, and I'm more analytical. Ever since we separated, I thought that if we let our emotions show, we would get hurt more. So I have stayed in control. I'm sorry..."

"I forgive you Todo..."

"Does anyone else know about this?"

They shook their head. "We figured that we would never be able to become a hero if people knew we were broken."

"And we didn't want to be locked up in a hospital like mom."

"No one is going to lock you away." All Might assured them, "And I don't see any reason why you can't be a hero. You just have to work together. Just like any other hero team."

"Really?" "Really?" they said in hope.

"Of course." All Might smiled at them. "Just try to share more often."

"Yes sir!" they smiled.

"Also," they turned to Mr. Aizawa, "I'm a trained counselor. I'd like us to set up weekly meetings so that we can try and talk through some things. Is that all right?"

"That would... actually be kind of nice..."

They talked through a bit more terms, and they couldn't have been happier. Not only did they get to stay at UA, but they were still going to become a hero, and they never had to see their dad again!

"You know, there's one more thing we need to do..."
