A Surprise Suitor

I met that stupid blonde that I was envious of her Birkin bag and she went to the free clinic most likely so no one would know her. Well I know her now. Ethan Kavanagh thought I was Anastasia Jose jrs friend who did the cleaning and cooking for them. Well for Jose in exchange for work on our cars. So he asked for my phone number so we could go get a coffee or lunch maybe. I made it clear to him that I am not like Anastasia and he was okay with that. Today he asked me to lunch and I am going security is driving me until they deem it safe for them just to follow me in their car. Dad is paying a pretty penny.

Ariana arrives with her security person Shawn Davis and he sits at a table close by us. Her dad gave her and Anastasia no choice after something happened at the hotel after I left. We talk and I get that she feels overshadowed by Anastasia a bit. We talk about my parents and she remains quiet about my telling her my dad wants Kate and I to marry a Grey. She chuckles and says her dad thinks they should both remain celibate for life. I ask her if she is celebrate and she says far from it. So not a virgin or am I wrong?

Nope, I had my first time at an early age of 14 with my first real girlfriend who was the same age. Her pregnancy scare broke us up. Her dad found the test and that was the last time he allowed me to see his daughter. I still think of her, but I am not celibate either. I reach and touch her hand and ask her to go out to dinner as well. I have errands to do, but we can meet or I can pick you up. Your decision.

Pick me up because security changes shifts before you arrive. I give him my address and apartment number and we go our separate ways. Shawn opens my door and we drive off to get groceries for my apartment. Might as well use Shawn to help me with my groceries. We stop near my apartment to get the groceries and I am picking up my favorite snacks when Shawn tells me to get down. I fall to the ground like I was instructed and bullets are flying around us. The world as I know has changed. Shawn is dragging me to a safe area assuring he is protecting me. Sirens are blasting and soon we hear more shots and shouting. Finally the shooting stops.

Policeman Schwartz
We finally have gotten the scene under control. I am looking at one of the shooters and at first I thought it was a child, but I then saw her face and it is an older woman that was very beautiful at one time. Brown hair with graying temples and looks like she has been beaten up. She won't talk and has a gunshot wound so she's going to the hospital. She has no ID on her. We look for cars that might belong to her or the dead man on the ground who we had to shoot to stop him killing anyone else. We have no idea what this shooting was about. The woman is wearing a wedding band and is crying. We start questioning witnesses and find one that looks similar to the brunette woman but a lot younger. It could be a coincidence but I doubt it. This place has no history of this kind of crime scene. The shooters were after someone in particular and odds are it is probably the young lady with the security guard protecting her.

Shawn
Policeman Schwartz is pretty sharp to question me and my charge about what we thought was going on here and why this guy and woman suddenly chose the time we were shopping to try to kill us all. Ray told us to keep on our toes and to keep the information about his ex wife and her current husband Stephen Morton contacting him regarding seeing her daughters. He thought it was suspicious that they show up after they were given access to one of their trust funds. So he used the penthouse event to get security on them. I think he had no idea how really dangerous those two were.

Policemen Landers
I am taking witness statements as I watch three bodies are taken from the store. Ambulances are taking the wounded. Two cops are riding with the female subject to remove a bullet from her leg. I swear as I turn there is an identical younger version of the woman. Crying in a big guys arms as he is talking on his phone telling them she has only scratches on her arms and legs and that is all. Soon the press have arrived and that's all we need. We need back up to curtail the press so we can curtain off the crime scenes.

Raymond
I was hoping she would have been killed by one of the many criminals she married, but no she wasn't and she wants what isn't her as usual. The trust funds of course is her main goal. She is hoping that the girls will give them to her, but they won't even if they could give them to her. I made sure she would never see a dime from those trust funds. Between her family and my family there are four trust funds to each of the girls and not a dime will ever be hers. All of us set it up if they die the funds go to me and if we all die it all goes to their spouses and children. I have my own money and I have had it since my birth. Not a dine has been spent of it, I inherited a very lucrative business I run on the QT.
