MASON:
"That was out of order Mason" Ben says, I go to argue back but I realise that he's right, I overstepped the line with that one. "I think we should all talk" Dec says. The other lads tell us they're leaving and they'll message later to see how we are.
Soon it's just me, Dec and Ben, he won't give me eye contact. "So how did this happen?" Dec asks.
Ben takes a deep breath and says "it wasn't intentional, I found myself attracted to her and she was attracted to me, it just started off as innocent flirty comments, then I realised I couldn't get her out of my head. While we were on holiday, I didn't pull once or anything because all I could think of was her. We both said we wanted to get to know each other first and have a date before telling you and others, as we wanted to know it would go somewhere. Bella explained all what happened before, so I wanted to make sure we done it at her speed and give her the reassurance that I'd never hurt her. There's one more thing, I asked her to be my girlfriend last night and she said yes. Now you both know everything" he says and breathes out a breath I don't think he knew he was holding. I haven't looked up once, Dec says "you must mean a lot to her for her to open up about what happened previously, Mase and I got her out of that situation. It makes us very protective of her." Ben replies "I get that, she's told me how you both saved her and helped her through the court case and how she went travelling to heal, she's told me how much you both mean to her, you two are her hero's. We didn't mean to lie to you both, we just wanted to be sure" I look up "She could get hurt" I say in a sad voice, "I'd never intentionally hurt her, I know you ain't gonna want to hear this Mase but I think I'm falling in love with her. She's an amazing girl, she's kind, caring, beautiful and honestly she gives me butterflies. She makes me laugh and smile all the time I'm with her or talking to her." I'm overwhelmed by what he's said "you really mean that don't you?" Dec says and he nods "I do, I know I maybe should've spoken to you about it first but you both would've said no" I sigh "I was so worried about protecting her from being hurt like she was before, and Im the one thats gone and hurt her." I say then Ben sits next to me "hate me if you want, but I'll take it as a positive that your fist isn't in my face. But she loves you so much, go and talk to her, you can make it better" I can't stay mad at him, he's one of my best friends, and he does actually like her a lot. I put my arm around his shoulders "sorry for my reaction mate" he smiles "you have nothing to apologise for, you're looking out for her. I'm sorry you found out that way, we honestly was going to tell you today after the date" he hugs me and Dec says "We've been protecting her but looking at the way she went in on me for arguing with Loz, I think we may need to protect Chilly here" we all laugh.
I head upstairs to talk to Bella, I knock on her door. "Who is it?" She says and I know she's crying. "It's me sis, I've come to talk" I say and she says "fine come in" I walk in and see her cuddled up on her bed, I sit on the end of the bed and say "I'm so sorry Bella, I never should've said that, I regretted it as soon as I said it." She looks up and says "how could you think Id forget about that" I shrug, "I know you never can, I'm sorry" we sit talking and I explain the whole conversation with Ben and she's happier now. She sits up and opens her arms for a cuddle, I hug her tight. She looks up and says "I think I need to make amends with darling brother number 2" I laugh, "I'm sure he'll forgive you, plus you was kinda right" I say laughing.
BELLA:
I head downstairs following Mason, as we walk in Dec and Ben are talking away, I say "Dec can we talk in the kitchen" he smiles and nods, as we're in the kitchen i say "I'm sorry for shouting at you" he laughs "I never knew you had it in you but I do get what you meant, I would have done the same for Mase." I smile and say "you don't hate me then?" He hugs me tight and says "I love you too much to hate you. Bens a good guy you know" I smile and nod "I know he is, anyway you need to sort it out with Loz" he sighs "I've tried, she's ignoring me." I smile "not over the phone,  go home to talk and make up, you obviously need to go to the shop and buy flowers, chocolate and all her favourite things first" he smiles and we walk back in the front room, I sit next to Ben, cuddling into him as Dec says his goodbyes.
Once Decs gone, Mase walks back in and says "you staying tonight Chilly?" We both look shocked "is that okay mate?" Ben says and he laughs "yeah at least now I won't have to make up the spare room, Nandos good for you two?" We both nod, Ben goes with Mason to collect it.
I get changed and settled on to the sofa ready for a chilled evening.
