-The next day- BELLA: The boys leave for lions den in 2 hours, last night was absolutely amazing. We've had breakfast and we're all just relaxing. I see Jack come over with James and Phil, "can we steal your daughter?" He says as Ben and I look confused, they laugh and James adds "we're taking Ronnie and Leo to the kids water park area and fair thing, we wondered if Summer wanted to join us, it also gives Jack a proper reason to be able to join in on the kids rides and that" I laugh and tell Summer and she wants to go, they tell me they'll return her later and I say to them that it's no rush, I fully trust them all with her. Once Summers left, Max and Jude are asleep, Ben says "can you explain now about the bruise and Summer please?" Dec and Mase agree, as Lauren brings me over a cocktail and says "you might need this" I thank her and take a deep breath. "Summer has been struggling with you all being away, I haven't told you as I've not wanted you to feel bad. Usually it's been okay as once she's with the other little ones, she's distracted and changes. However yesterday she had a bad day, she was very naughty and weren't listening at all. I told her off for doing something and she head butted me hard, leaving this mark. She apologised afterwards, but I think she just found this all a bit more difficult than I expected her too." They all look shocked and Ben hugs me "you should've told me baby, I'd have spoke to her. I hate that you've been dealing with it all." I smile and hold his hand to reassure him, "I couldn't have told you, I didn't want the couple of hours she was seeing you to be tainted by her thinking daddy's telling her off. I'm sure after these 2 days she'll be okay, and if not then there's only 2 more weeks and it'll be back to normal for her." They all nod and we talk about plans for once it's all over. BEN: We arrive to Josh for Lions den and he says his hellos, "I've never done it with 3 people altogether before so shall we get started." We all agree and the camera starts rolling. Lions Den🦁 J-Hello, and welcome back to Lions Den. Today we have got the highly anticipated and demanded trio. Ben Chilwell, Mason Mount and Declan Rice. How are you all lads? D-We're all good thanks mate. Thanks for having us. J-Well like I said in the intro you three have been nightly demanded to come in as a trio and this show is all about giving fans what they want. But first I hear congratulations are in order. I mean Ben and Dec, both having babies born the same day that must've been so crazy for you both but born on Christmas Day. How are the little ones and is Summer enjoying being a big sister? B- Thank you, Summers loving being a big sister and big cousin. Both of the babies born the same day I think they're both born to be best friends. D- It made it easier for me and Chilly as it meant we experienced the pregnancies at the same time so could understand how we both felt. M-One unforgettable Christmas, becoming and uncle twice. It makes one of my top moments in my family and the list of moments I've never felt prouder of these 2 and the girls. J- I also remember reading, you've come to these Euros a married man Chilly? B-Yes I am. (Ben shows his ring) I married my beautiful wife on the 28th June. It was the most amazing day I could've asked for. M-Officially my brother now J-Yes this is all very amazing at how you 3 really are family aren't you, which makes the whole journeys togetehr her special. D-yeah it's amazing, obviously I knew Mase and Bella from a very young age and through enjoy Masons best friend, as we all grew up I became a brother to Bella, I wouldn't ever call her anything but my sister. So when she got with ben and they became a family it just brought us all together and the one word for all of us is Family. J-It's one of the most beautiful stories in football, even the other lads say how amazing you guys are. Back to the last Euros Mase, which was 2 and half years ago, I asked you if you could have anyone come to your game who would it be and your answer was your sister, how does it feel now that she's is in the stands watching you? M-The best feeling ever, the final of the last euros she came and surprised me. She came home on that day and that made me feel like I'd won something. Obviously I can't go into detail but she had her reasons that she went travelling and took time for herself, I fully supported this and although I missed her dearly, she needed it. But when she came back everything just fell back into place. Dec and I have never been happier than knowing she's back where she belongs. Now she comes to pretty much every game of mine, or should I say ours. J-This is one for the memory books, I literally feel like this story could be be written, it's so beautiful and amazing. We have some fan questions to get through now I've stopped being nosey. (The boys answer all the fan questions and arrive back to the hotel about 5:45pm.)
Once we're all back to the hotel, it's been booked for us to go for a family dinner together. The evening is lovely and it's nice to spend time together like this. Being able to spend time with Bella and the kids while they can also spend time with the others is lovely as for the children like Summer especially, she's used to us doing this back home as at least once or twice a week we'll all have dinner together. We all talk about how excited for Summers birthday we are but it also means we have to say goodbye this time tomorrow. I mean we're all super excited to play in the semi-finals and aim to get back to the final again but saying goodbye to our loved ones is never easy. After the meal we say goodnight and head back to the rooms, both children are fast asleep, so I make the most of the time with Bella. Instagram
