Khushi's Villa
Aarav returns home, he looks around but doesn't find his sister anywhere. He went to his room and freshened up. He changed into trousers and a t-shirt.
He recalls what happened in the office. Khushi must have lots of questions in her mind. Past 18 years he hadn't spoken about Manvi in front of her and today suddenly they faced each other.
He sits down on the bed holding his head. Ruhana enters and forwards the glass of water to him.
He looked up at her and he took it. "Khud usse apni life mein aane ka mauka diya hai Tumne Aarav ab Kyu sar pakadke baithe ho?" She asked.
He keeps the glass to the side and gets up. He said "toh kya karta main? Tumhe pata hai na kya haalat hai business ke.."
"Pata hai mujhe! Lekin mere hisse ke shares bechke bhi tum Khushi ki shaadi ke liye paise laa sakte they Aarav... " She said crossing her arms across her chest.
"Tumhe kya lagta hai maine koshish nahi kari hogi? Par jab insaan ka bura waqt aata hai toh koi saath nahi deta hai Ruu... aur Manvi hi akhiri umeed thi." he explained.
"Really Aarav? Sach ye hai usne fayda uthaya hai tumhari majburi ka... hamari khushi humse door ho jayegi!" she said.
"Aisa kuch nahi hoga Ruu.. sirf kuch mahino ki baat hai! Bas ek baar wapas company profits mein aa jaye phir har ek paisa uska lauta dunga aur waise bhi London mein rehti hai... chali jayegi ek do din mein" He spoke.
"Aisa mujhe nahi lagta hai Aarav... tumse jazbaton mein aake bahut bada faisla liya hai! Tum khudko toota hua dekh sakte ho par main nahi... insult karti hai tumhe kitna" she said angrily.
"Jaane do Ruu.. wo aise hi hai! Isliye I hate her... tab bhi paise uske liye rishton se upar they aaj bhi wahi hai" he said
Ruhana held his hand and asked "promise me.. Wo wapas hamari life ka hissa nahi banegi"
"Kaisi baat kar rahi ho Ruu? Mere life mein tum aur Khushi ho... aur koi nahi! Aur jab pyaar nafrat mein badalta hai na usme pyaar ki koi jagah nahi hoti hai" he said hatefully recalling the past..
She smiles and said "acha.. Kal tumhe khushi ko lene jaana hai pag phere ki rasam ke liye.."
"Tum chali jaana na.. Bahut sawal karegi mujhse jinka jawab nahi de paunga main" He said.
"Yahi hai tumhara...sab bidagte khud ho aur mujhe kehte ho sambhalne ke liye" she muttered slapping his cheek lightly.
"Isliye toh abtak main sambhla hua hun" He said with a smile.
"Thik hai... main chali jaungi" she agrees and they move out of the room for dinner.
Taj Hotel
Manvi was sitting near the balcony having a coffee. Vineet enters the room, he looks at her and said "Manvi baat karni hai"
She smiles at him and gets up from the chair. She enters the room and prepared the coffee for him. She gives it up and he glanced at her.
"Tumne aaj office mein jo kiya sahi nahi tha" he said.
"Kya galat kiya maine??" She asked pretending to be unknown.
"Really? Itna rude behaviour kyun?? Aarav ko neecha dikha rahi tum waha pe" He confronts her.
"Main bas apna kaam kar rahi thi..." she said.
"No you were not doing your work... itne saalo se kaam kar rahe hai hum saath mein! Toh mujhe farak samajh mein aata hai" He spoke meaningfully.
"Aapko jo samajhna hai samjho! I am just doing my work aur jo jaisa hai usse waise hi pesh aaya jaata hai ye baat apne hi mujhe seekhayi hai" She replies.
