bed arrangements

Wei Ying and Lan Zhan were walking side by side, so close that their hands were even touching, but none of them did anything to stop that. They were on their way to the guest room where Wei Ying was supposed to be at to take his clothes, but when they entered and saw Jiang Cheng, Wei Ying git a little nervous.

But the feeling quickly went away when he remembered that he had Lan Zhan with him now, and he also knew that Jiang Cheng couldn't do anything to Lan Zhan, as he was stronger than Jiang Cheng. They both went to the closet as Jiang Cheng just stood there, looking at them with a shocked yet angered expression.

Once they finally left the room, Wei Ying could feel the huge wave of relief wash over him as he let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding in. As they reached the jingshi, Wei Ying realized that there was only one slight problem, there was only one bed, with of course enough room for only one person." Uhm Lan Zhan?". Asked Wei Ying to make sure that Lan Zhan was listening to him, to which Lan Zhan nodded his head once." How are we...going to sleep?". After a moment of silence, Lan Answered Wei Ying's question." Bed". To that, Wei Ying asked once again." But don't you only have one bed?". To that Lan Zhan nodded his head once again.

Wei Ying was a little confused. 'if he knows that there is only one bed,why does he still say that we will sleep on the bed?'. He thought to himself.

Lan Zhan closed the door of his room after Wei Ying walked in. As Wei Ying went inside, he saw that there was a pretty big bed, enough for at least two people, and Wei Ying felt a bit relieved that he won't have to burden Lan Zhan to much. They could both sleep on the bed and no one would have to sleep on the floor or something like that. But even though he knew that they would most likely not even though because of how big the bed was, Wei Ying's heart couldn't stop itself but skipping a beat at the thought of sleeping on the same bed as Lan Zhan. And it also didn't stop the slight blush that appeared on his cheeks that he hadn't seemed to notice, but Land Zhan did and he couldn't help but think that it was kind of cute.

"Uhm Lan Zhan,why are you looking at me?". Asked Wei Ying as he noticed Lan Zhan staring at him. Lan Zhan, being embarrassed from being caught in the action just looked away without answering. They both went near the bed, Wei Ying basically jumping in it like he was a child seeing if a bed was comfortable, which again, Lan Zhan found adorable.

"So, we are both sleeping on the bed, what side are you taking?". Asked Wei Ying as he sat down on the right side. "Left". Answered Lan Zhan as he saw Wei Ying laying down on the right side of the bed.
It was starting to get closer to curfew, and the two boys didn't know what to do, they had both bathed and put on there under layers to sleep already, but none of them were tired yet,
well except for Wei Ying of course, but he doesn't want show it.

After laying down, Lan Zhan had taken a book to read, Wei Ying being bored, leaned on Lan Zhan to see what he was reading, not yet realizing how close both were. Seeing Wei Ying so close made Lan Zhan blush, just a little, he wasn't used to having someone so close to him, even Wei Ying, his heart started beating slightly faster at the sight of Wei Ying being so close to him.

Lan Zhan had continued reading until he noticed some time later that Wei Ying had fallen asleep on his shoulder, which warmed his heart seeing him so peaceful, and him being so close to Lan Zhan made him feel more peaceful as well, it was now just a little over curfew, which meant that either everyone was already asleep or reading in there own room, thus making it really quiet and peaceful at night, which Lan Zhan appreciated, he liked it when it was quiet.

He had put his book away and played down, ready to sleep, but as he closed his eyes, he felt Wei ying come closer as he hugged him slightly with one arm.
Lan Zhan, sort of liked the feeling of being hugged by the younger, so he also hugged him back, and fell asleep.
