Left,but not done

I've decided to do a Jiang Cheng POV because until now it was Lan Zhan and Wei Ying but we don't know what happens to Jiang Cheng and the rest of the Jiang's(but like i actually feel bad for making Jiang Cheng a bad person🤧 but oh well it's for the story plot,he cute in rl)

JIANG CHENG POV:

When Wei Wuxian left, I was still furious, that little scumbag was nothing but a maid's son, how dare he talk to me like that! Oh he will see how he will talk to me after mother punishes him, not that i couldn't, but that stupid brat was scared of her, which made the punishments worse, plus she has more experience with the Zidian than me, so she can hit him even harder. I had decided to go back to lotus pier with the rest of the Jiang's, including shijie. We had just arrived, we were getting off the boats when mother came,looking at us a questioning look, yet at the same looking annoyed, probably thinking that that Wei brat was here too.

"Mother, we have returned". I said as i stood in front of her." I can see that, but aren't you supposed to stay there for another week?". She said as her eyes looked for Wei Wuxian." Also where is that brat?". She asked as she noticed that he wasn't here." Oh, we left without him. Mother, he got into trouble and had to stay to get punished, that's why we had to come earlier". Lied Jiang Cheng easily, after all it wasn't the first time he had lied to get Wei Ying in trouble." That brat, how dare he! I will go to Gusu tomorrow and punish him myself!". She screamed as Jiang Cheng smirked, thinking that this was such a good idea. He smiled evily as his mother turned around to walk back and start packing for the trip, following her with the rest of the Jiang's behind him.

The next day, Madam Yu, together with her son, got up early and went on there boat to go to Gusu. Both mother and son having a condensing smile plastered on there face as they thought of all the evil things they could do to the young Wei.

(This happens the same day that the Jiang's left and came back to Lotus pier and everything,so like when they left,this is Lan Zhan's and Wei Ying's POV)________

Back at Gusu, Wei Ying and Lan Zhan were walking around, talking to each other when suddenly, Xichen popped in front of them out of nowhere, startling the younger boy to death, calming himself down quickly." Brother, what is the matter?". Asked Lan Zhan, seeing the slightest look of concern in the older's eyes. " Oh, I came to inform young Wei about something, by the way I apologize for scaring you". He said as he smiled and turned to Wei Ying." Oh, what is it that you need to tell me Zewu-Jun?". He asked as he also turned to see Lan Xichen, which resulted in him being basically engulfed by Lan Zhan that was behind him. "Well, it seems that young master Jiang , Madam Yanli and the rest of the Jiang's have left a couple of days ago and... Went back to Lotus pier without you..." He explained, expecting Wei Ying to be upset of something but was surprised by the smile that appeared as quickly as it disappeared.

But the older Lan had noticed it, and it seems as if his younger brother had too, but decided to not question them, at least not yet." Oh, well I'm not really that surprised, but don't worry, I'll be able to go back after the lessons are over". He said sadly, although he tried to hide it, and both brothers noticed that, Lan Zhan especially felt some discomfort at the thought of Wei Ying leaving and going back to being with those people, if you could even call them that. And as if Xichen had read both of their minds, he started to speak.

" Wei Ying, you and Lan Zhan are together, right?". He asked as they both nodded, although a little shocked by the older's bluntness." So, are you two planning on getting engaged any time soon?". He asked once again, and although they haven't talked about it, they knew that they loved each other and were going to make it official soon, so they both nodded." Well then, if you two are ok with it, you can both get engaged now, and like that, Young Wei can stay here as he will technically be your wife, Wangji". He stated, both boys were quite surprised by the suggestion, but honestly weren't against the idea at all. They both looked at each other, as if they could communicate by only looking at each other.

Lan Zhan knew that it was safer for his partner to stay by his side, and he also didn't want to be separated from the youth as he was very much in love with him, so them not being together would result in the Lan missing him a great deal, which went the same way for Wei Ying. So they decided to agree to the older Lan." Brother, we agree that Wei Ying should stay here". Said Lan Zhan after a few moments.

The oldest of the trio smiling in delight, happy that the youngest will get to stay here, as he was a little worried about him, previously noticing the bad behavior of the Jiang's towards him, so hearing his younger brother and the young Wei agreeing relieved him too." That is great to hear, should I go prepare a room than?". Asked Xichen." Actually brother, Wei Ying stays with me at the Jingshi". Answered Lan Zhan. The older Jade raised an eyebrow, slightly surprised that Wei Ying was living with Wangji when even he wasn't allowed in the room unless it was a serious matter." Oh, is that so? Well I guess in that case then, I will be leaving you two alone". He said as he turned around and walked away to leave the two love birds alone, a smile on his face. Happy that his brother was so happy.
