Ok so I know that it is probably a little rushed but this going to be the ending,but if your curious,after that day(the one in the previous chapter) Lan Zhan and Wei Ying told Xichen about what had happened and Wei Ying decided to no longer be part of the Jiang clan(i don't know if it's disect or defect 🤷😃) and there wasn't anything that happened after that and there was just Wangji and Wuxian preparing for the wedding. In this chapter it will be the end and basically the day that they get married. _________________________________ ___________________________________________
It has been a couple of weeks since the incident had happened with the Jiang's, and thankfully nothing had happened. They were both getting ready for the marriage, and they both couldn't be more excited about finally being tied by love forever. Wei Ying was slightly nervous, but then again who wouldn't be nervous on there big day? He was currently putting on the traditional clothing of the Lan clan when his best friend, Nie Huaisang came in the room.
" Hello Wei-gongzi, can I help you with anything?". He asked as he could see his friend struggling to put on one of the tops." Euh actually do you mind helping me put this on please?". He asked as he now somehow got his head stuck in one of the sleeves. Huaisang laughed a little before going to him and helping the older." So, are you excited about marrying Lan Wangji?". He asked, seeing how exited his older friend was." Oh Huaisang, I couldn't be more excited, I love him so much it could actually make me crazy!". He shouted out of excitement. The younger just chuckled at how cute his best friend was, and also noting how in love he looks, there were practically hearts in his eyes.
They continued to chit-chat while the younger friend was helping Wei Ying put on the clothes.

Meanwhile, Lan Zhan was also putting on his marriage clothes and although he was not struggling with that task, he was a little nervous, although he did not let it show. His brother was helping him with whatever he needed help with. "How are you feeling Wangji?". Asked the older out of nowhere." I am ok, a little nervous". He said honestly. They continued to talk about some other preparations while getting Lan Zhan ready.

Magical time skip to the actual wedding(so i don't really know how it actually happens so I'm going to do it the way I imagine there wedding ceremony).

Both were now ready, they had to walk out and go up to the front in about 5 minutes, but Wei Ying was sweating out of nervousness while Huaisang was trying to calm him down." Wei-gongzi, it's going to be ok, there is no reason to be nervous". As he said that, Wei Ying turned to him, visibly anxious about getting married." I know, i know, but i just can't help it. What if something goes wrong or i mess up something or i say something wrong or-". Before he could finish his sentence, his younger friend had wrapped his arms around him in a comforting hug." Wei-gongzi, nothing can happen, you know how Lan Zhan likes everything to be perfect. Plus he would never want to happen to you so nothing bad will bad". He reassured him for the nth time.
Wei Ying seemed to have calmed down at that and hugged him back." Promise?". He asked into the hug." One hundred percent". He answered. Wei Ying's nervousness was gone now and he had calmed down, only feeling the happiness and excitement. It was now time, Huaisang showed him two thumbs up to wish him luck and Wei Ying finally stepped out of the room he was in. As he got out, he looked around and saw Lan Zhan next to him, already starring at him. They both smiled at each other, both practically having hearts in there eyes.
They walked up to the front where Xichen was, both bowed to him, then turned to the audience and bowed to them to. They now turned to each other, bowing to each other as well. They both couldn't stop smiling, which made everyone in the crowd smile at how cute the two were. "Today, we are all here for Lan Zhan and Wei Ying to join there hands in marriage and be tied together". Started Xichen, looking between the both of them." Lan Zhan, say your words". He said to his brother showing him a warm smile." Wei Ying, at first i thought of you as annoying, loud, frivolous, very rebellious ". Started Lan Zhan. " It hasn't changed, but I've fallen in love with you because of that".He said with a soft smile as the crowd laughed a little at that." You are my soulmate and i wouldn't want to be with anyone else then you ever for the rest of my life and all the lives to come". He finished his sentence.
Everyone was looking at them sweetly at his sweet words, and Wei Ying was trying to hold back his tears at his almost husband's genuineness while smiling wider than he ever has. " Lan Zhan, I remember when we first met, I disliked you so much for punishing me at that time, but, now I couldn't have been happier that you did, I'd break a thousand more rules if it means spending forever with you". He said as a tear slid down his face and he chuckled a little, the crowd also doing so." You make me happier than i ever could have imagined". He finished as he saw the tears in Lan Zhan's eye that he tried to not let slide down his cheek.
Xichen and the rest of the crowd smiled at how cute they were, and the older Lan continued to say his words.
The ceremony was now over and the newly wedded couple could go back to their room." I'm so happy". Sang Wei Ying as he sat down on their bed. Lan Zhan couldn't help but let out a smile at how cute his new husband was. They undressed and put on their comfortable under clothes.
Wei Ying was about to sit on the bed when he noticed Lan Zhan standing in front of him." Uhm Lan Zhan?". He asked as he looked at his husband. "Wei Ying, can i kiss you?". Asked Lan Zhan as he stepped closer to him. Wei Ying could feel his cheeks getting red as he slowly nodded. Lan Zhan put one of his hands on Wei Ying's waist and the other one on his cheek, he brought him closer and finally connected their lips in a passionate and love filled kiss. Wei Ying kissed him back as he put his hands around Lan Zhan's neck to bring them closer to each other.
As they pulled away, they looked into each other's eyes, they both smiled and decided that it was time to sleep. Lan Zhan laid in his bed and opened his arms for Wei Ying to come to him. The younger cuddled up to him and they both got comfortable.
" I love you, Wei Ying". Said The older before letting himself drift off to sleep." I love you too Lan Zhan". Answered Wei Ying.
They both smiled and fell asleep, starting their new life together.
